David is always incredibly helpful and will not charge you if he cannot diagnose the problem, which he always does but knowing that helps with the anxiety of dropping off something that is essential to my work life. I always leave my phone knowing it is in good hands and that is the majority of the anxiety when you already have the stress of not having a functioning phone. David is incredibly friendly and knows the stress of having a phone that is not working so never do I feel like I'm leaving my phone with an uncaring stranger. I don't even think about taking my phone anywhere else, David always knows what he is doing, fixes the problem and on top of that has my trust. I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business.
