OK, seem like another dissatisfied customer. I wasn't dissatisfied and I knew that they had done a good job , but when I started to the situation, she became immediately defensive and said she was there on Saturday, Sunday, which I responded. No problem whatever the issue is I'll pay if you'll look at it. She wasn't having it to the point where I told her you're treating me like I'm trying to take advantage of you and I left. Girl, maybe you need a couple months off. No other choice I went to another cell repair kiosk and he hooked me up. I spent closer to $300 and was stoked that I would be able to use my phone for my business this week! I own a service company and I know for a fact that respect matters. Before you jump to conclusions, take a deep breath and run your business like a pro or run it to the ground. Peace
