Actions have consequences. I took my girlfriend there to switch her from AT&T to T-Mobile and wanted to add her to my plan. I asked them multiple times to add one line to the plan, do NOT change anything else. He proceeds to charge me a $20 activation fee and tells me okay you're all set and you also get a FREE line with that. After being told the line will cost $30 I proceed to check my phone to confirm... $120 added to the monthly bill. He added two lines each one being $60. I didn't sign ANYTHING. Then I realized the activation fee was for two lines (one of which he said is free and comes with their promotion that I never asked for). What happens next is the employees throwing the biggest tantrum I've ever seen. I informed them that I recorded the whole conversation from the beginning to which he responds "thats illegal". For his own clarification, no it's not it's called freedom of speech and press. Then as my girlfriend and I are astounded that after we caught them actively scamming us they had the audacity to be rude and tell us that "at this store the customer is not always right". Btw, the employee that said that wasn't even involved at this point. They actively laughed, were unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful. I made sure to say how I felt about what was going on. In addition, when I asked them to cancel EVERYTHING we just did they said "yea we did it will reflect in 24 hours". Of course I didn't believe them and finally they called their customer service team and they had it cancelled effective. In other words, I will be taking further action through their corporate level and court if need be, this was NOT ok. I have all the audio and footage to back my claims up.

Josiah initially helped me and was incredibly friendly & patient. He did everything he could within his role & tried his best to assist, even connecting me with tech support. Unfortunately, my issue was more complicated- I had created my iCloud acct. with a different spelling given the name I used was already taken, which made it very difficult to access & unlock my phone. That's when Shane stepped in, and I'm so grateful he did. He was patient and took the time to walk me through everything, and guided me on exactly who to contact and what steps to take. Even with my proof of purchase and ID, it wasn't enough to immediately resolve the issue, which is very frustrating- especially coming from Android and still learning how to navigate the iPhone. What stood out most was Shane's follow-up and genuine care. He checked in to see if I had heard back from tech support and made sure I was taken care of, knowing how long those responses can take. With his guidance and patience, I was finally able to get my phone unlocked. I truly appreciate both Josiah's kindness and Shane's dedication. Shane went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier, and I'm very thankful for his help. That said, I do feel Apple should make it easier for customers to unlock their own devices. It was frustrating that even with proof of purchase and ID, there isn't a way for stores to assist directly with unlocking, and wait time for online support to get back can take more than 2 1/2 weeks. Because of this experience, I would hesitate to choose Apple again in the future. My rating is higher primarily because of the excellent service from Shane and Josiah--their professionalism, patience, and follow-through made all the difference in an otherwise very frustrating process.

Some were successful and others not so much but I did witness their effort in really trying. Impressed with the work effort, I returned to this store to see if they could match another offer I got from ATT, where I would get a substantial amount for a trade in and additional discounts on accessories. Sadly, despite all their efforts, this Apple Store couldn't match all the offers ATT could and subsequently I ended up accepting ATT. The Genius Bar staffers and store manager were great and whether or not you have another offer, I suggest you see if Apple can match it. At least you'll know if your other offer is legit and worth it. Recommend

He was very welcoming and took care of me in a timely manner since I was short on time. He did his job and offered me additional products but sadly I didn't need. But he didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He answered my questions I had with the up most respect. This is not my normal location to purchase but I'm so glad and greatfull that Fierce was the one who helped me out. You're doing amazing. He was also very polite in offering me a chair to sit on. Which that meant a lot since I have arthritis in my feet and knees. We need more associates like Fierce thanks so much for an outstanding job.

    This place is a bust. Their website claims they can, and I quote, "handle any iPod repair that…read morecomes their way" alongside claiming they are iPod expert technicians. This is utterly false. When I showed up, the repairman looked up long enough to tell me that they don't fix iPods any more. When I responded that it claimed so on the website, he dismissed me saying, "yeah, well, the parts can be hard to get and can also be expensive" -- and I was just flabbergasted at the response. I walked away. Maybe he was not the Expert Technician the website claims they have who can repair ANY repair. For what it's worth, the technician did have at least three or four open iPhones that were being actively worked on out in the open at the cash register ... One thing is for sure, they do not work on any iPod repair issue. Ignore what their website says. What a bust.

    Typical AT&T, they'll NEVER change. I had a 1 PM…read moreappointment. I walked in at 12:59 PM. There were 2 sales associates. One was helping a client, and one was on his phone. No one asked if I had an appointment, and there was no sign-in sheet, like I have seen at other AT&T store locations. At 1:10 PM the first sales associate helped the woman who was there before me, and fair enough. At 1:20 PM, after watching the second associate continue on his phone, which was likely work and not play, the first associate got up, and said he'd help when he was done with the woman he was helping. I said that was fine, and that I had a 1 PM appointment. He checked and said he did not see any appointment (I still have the email receipt showing I did have an appointment). He said he'd quickly help as soon as he could. At 1:30 PM a brand new client walked in, after waiting about 2 minutes, the second associate took that random walk-in, before my appointment, which was now 30 minutes late. At 1:40 PM I walked out. I'd like someone from AT&T to contact me, so I can tell them where to send me a check for my wasted time. I'd also like John Stankey to terminate himself as CEO. He has had 5 years to make things better. Stank-man does not deserve to run a Starbucks location, let alone AT&T. AT&T has stayed in the cellar in terms of customer service, attention to detail, and don't get me started on how I have to call in to their 800# 3-5 times a year to correct an invoice. They are CONSTANTLY over charging me, and I am regularly calling in to explain things to them, to then get the bill reduced, along with a promise that it won't happen again. BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING! I have never, ever been to an AT&T retail store that was efficient and knew that they were doing. And AT&T in general is one of the most horribly run companies of its size.
