I called the service to get my vehicle repaired. I needed someone to arrive after I returned home…read morefrom work. My vehicle had a simple problem that prevented it fron running (a bad throttle position sensor). At about 4:30, two people arrived in their personal vehicle and examined my vehicle. A diagnosis was made quickly. They removed the bad part in ten minutes, and then left to obtain the replacement part. They returned about twenty minutes later and installed the new part. The vehicle was then tested to my satisfaction. When I called, the person who answered said that it would be $50 for the call and diagnosis, and that the mechanic would take a credit card. After the work was completed, I was charged $75 for the call, $75 labor, and $180 for the part. Furthermore, the mechanics told me they could not accept a credit card. Only cash or check. So I had to write a check for their services. The service was excellent. I do complain about the inability of the mechanics to accept a credit card. That is a huge negative in my book, and the main reason I cannot give five stars on this review. Not everyone has cash or can write a check. Customers need to be aware of this issue.
