Let me be very clear: * The app took my money * The store could not fulfill the order * The store refused to fix the problem * The burden was shifted entirely onto the customer That is not customer service--it is operational negligence paired with indifference. If this location cannot manage inventory accuracy, honor mobile orders, or empower employees to resolve basic issues like refunds, then customers should be warned before trusting the app or their time.
