That alone is frustrating--but what followed was unacceptable. The staff informed me they could not issue a refund, despite the fact that the store failed to fulfill a prepaid order. Instead, I was told I would need to call corporate customer service and handle the refund myself. To make matters worse, the interaction was dismissive and rude, as if their inventory failure and broken app integration were somehow my fault. Let me be very clear: * The app took my money * The store could not fulfill the order * The store refused to fix the problem * The burden was shifted entirely onto the customer That is not customer service--it is operational negligence paired with indifference. If this location cannot manage inventory accuracy, honor mobile orders, or empower employees to resolve basic issues like refunds, then customers should be warned before trusting the app or their time. He continued to say they don't use liquid cane sugar in iced lattes it's just normal sugar. My daughter has ordered several of said lattes listed above with liquid cane sugar every single time she's ordered one without issue. Today is the last day I come here. The new management this place is run under, has made this place horrible to give money/time to. I've been a frequent customer in the morning at this place when they first opened. Service is now ran under the feeling of non-customer satisfaction and is in favor of getting you out as fast as possible. When you order in drive through, there is one person you can't even understand and tries to sell you on things you don't want. Order a large coffee with nothing in it? Well they want you to buy 2 donuts for $2 and say "it's a better deal" when their donuts are $1 each. As a side note the coffee and donuts are fine but, I've never had their sandwiches or wraps. There are times you can hear the managers screaming at their workers when it appears they are doing their best. I was in the drive through window one time and heard a man yelling at someone right in front of me for something. I just think this is unprofessional behavior.
