I like Meijers and all of the variety they offer. we drive from the north end of town to the east side of town and pass several Kroger's just to shop here. I know this store is in the process of remodeling the inside, but there are a couple of things amiss. Where did the nonalcoholic beer go? There used to be several varieties, but now there are none to be found and no place for it on the shelves.. And the nonalcoholic section is all mixers some that actually contain alcohol!! And the section of nonalcoholic spirits and wines have been reduced by half! Is not being an alcoholic to woke now or what??? read more

Meijer optical took 5 weeks to make a pair of glasses for me. And then the left lens was wrong. They said that they would expedite the remake. 2 weeks later no call from Meijer. Tried to contact them either I get a busy signal or it goes straight to voice mail. And I never get a call back. I've attempted to contact for the last 3 days. read more

I grew up in Terre Haute and also return regular to see my folks, so I have been around the grocery store block in the great Vigo County area, so to speak. Meijer (which I do not have in Las Vegas where I actually live) in my head is way better than Walmart and Kroger, but not as good as a boutique grocery spot like Baeslers or the health driven option of Fresh Thyme. This location is horribly convenient where highway IN46 and I-7O converge. Like the casino that is being built right here as well, often it can be about location location location. Having been in this store a few times over the years, I always find it clean, bright and open, football field size massive, well stocked and always organized with a good welcoming feel. It always is never horribly busy to me compared to Walmart, which is a negative for Meijer but a positive for me. I can always find the produce I am looking for in their abundant produce section and it is pretty good quality. We have had luck with the prepackaged salmon at the meat case. Conveniently located. Pretty well stocked every time I visit. Clean. I do return and will continue to do so when back in Terre Haute. read more

This place has a great rewards program and has all kinds of brands and product to choose from, it's amazing! The downside is that the cost can rise quickly if you're not attentive. Other than that, it's a great place to shop for specifics and such. The store is always clean when I come to shop. read more

I am not so young and the Meijer's store is just huge. I came in with my husband and we located most of what we needed and we knew the remaining items were stocked by Meijer's but we couldn't find them. I was pretty exhausted by this time and about to give up when I was approached by this nice young man who asked if he could help us. His name (I believe) was Sam Braun. He walked with us and located the merchandise. He met us again as we left and loaded our purchases in in our trunk. You just don't see this kind of service in the large chain stores any more. The pharmacy has no means of putting a controlled substance in a queue if the date to fill it is in the future. You have to call before you go to the pharmacy to have it ready when you get there or wait on it. This is totally unacceptable because other pharmacies can do it! We have to go here because of our insurance. Need to get a better system or update the one you have read more

I like this place. Quiet, neat, well organized. Open 24 hrs. I like coming late night on my off days and get my groceries and other stuff. They have huge parking lot and cheaper gas too. Best part is Pharmacy- Amoxicillin is Zero dollars. Yes you heard it right - "Free". Life saving drug for free. Pharmacists are polite and help you out with prescriptions. There is plenty of choice and wide variety of companies that are located. Definitely I am gonna keep visiting this place. read more

I love Meijer! It's like a nice Walmart. More selection than Target. Priced about the same as Target but produce is great. I wish we had these in NC! You can find everything here and I have never had an issue finding what I need. read more

Always have a great selection of food and always clean . Their toy selection is sometimes a bit lacking but that's not a huge deal. I often find great prices of clearance items. We have also dealt with the pharmacy and they are very helpful is helping you find OTC meds for symptoms you might be having . read more

Meijers should be greatly praised for the efforts it is taking to keep customers safe during this Covid crises. I always see someone cleaning carts when I shop at this store. In addition there are always hand wipes and spray available. I truly feel that Meijers cares about its patrons. read more

Shopping overnights is HORRIBLE if the skinny girl with dark hair is not working. The night manager Matt makes you feel your inconveniencing him if you have a problem and the person running the you scans is CLUELESS on how they work. And the they items in the store your NOT ALLOWED to buy because they are "items unknown". Well the price checker knows what they are. Such a JOKE! Just got home from a real bad time at Meijer. Used the restroom. There was one roll of toilet paper on a two roll dispenser. It was in there so tight, that trying to unspool it was impossible without tearing the toilet paper, about a sheet at a time. Stuck my hand up in the dispenser (while seated on the john) to spin the roll. Cut my hand in the process. AND the toilet paper was about eight grades below the very cheapest toilet paper they sell in their store. Just came home, put antibiotic ointment on my hand and bandaged it. Hoping the wound doesn't become infected. If Meijer doesn't want you to use the restroom, maybe just hang an "Out of Order" sign on it. read more

This Meijer is always well stalked, friendly, clean and easy to get around. Check out is quick. There are carts for multiple children and car seat carts. The pharmacy is quick and capable. Easy to get a parking spot (there are even Tesla spots!) and the gas station is excellent too! read more
