They actually took the time to listen to what my needs and wants were and offered suggestions, but were not "pushy " the way other stores in the Indianapolis area are. Their delivery staff is great, and also very helpful. While delivering a new piece of furniture to my elderly mother, they moved her older piece where she wanted it and made sure she was happy with the placement of her new furniture.
