Dean's has the best Halloween set-up from Indianapolis to Evansville, hands-down. The mall feels mostly empty, with only a JC Penney, two jewelry stores and the Vendor Village offering any real shopping. While attractions like pinball, putt-putt and the Sandbox are fun, the mall lacks variety and stores that will last year-round. On the upside, the nearby Meadows Mall has seen growth with small businesses like an Ace Hardware and an antique store. I give Haute City Mall three stars... Sandbox is fun and it's nice to have putt putt locally, though some arcade games aren't working and the axe-throwing is pretty cool.

So this Goodwill is part of the Wabash Valley Goodwills and I was happy to see that they had dressing rooms and discounts! Remember in these Goodwills to ask for your senior discount, I believe it is over 55 so that definitely includes me. We shopped in here about an hour and found a couple items we liked to bring home. Their selection of the clothes was pretty good and not as much on the shoes but you never know day to day what they will get in. The value is about the same as most Goodwills that offer the discounts. They have jeans for around $7.99 and shirts around $5.99. Not too bad. I was looking for jeans on this day. They also like most Goodwills have decor items and toys along with men's clothes. Stop in and look you never know you may find exactly what you are looking for.

This shopping center is very up-and-coming!…read more With new stores coming in, almost weekly, this center will once again be a booming place to shop in the very near future. Staples like MCL, Stein Mart, Teresa's School of Dance, Weight Watchers, and Royal Mandarin, which have been around for a while, are responsible for getting folks in the door, but new stores like the Meadow's Cafe, Antiques at Meadows, Ace Blind & Drapery, The Classic Man, Darrell's Diamonds, Repeat Boutique, and the Farmer's Market are welcomed additions that keep folks entertained and coming back to the mall. 2018 saw a lot of changes for the Meadow's Mall - new ownership and new tenants - and I'm very excited to see what else is next for this Terre Haute gem!
