The mall feels mostly empty, with only a JC Penney, two jewelry stores and the Vendor Village offering any real shopping. While attractions like pinball, putt-putt and the Sandbox are fun, the mall lacks variety and stores that will last year-round. On the upside, the nearby Meadows Mall has seen growth with small businesses like an Ace Hardware and an antique store. I give Haute City Mall three stars... Sandbox is fun and it's nice to have putt putt locally, though some arcade games aren't working and the axe-throwing is pretty cool.
