They delivered them way before she got out of ICU to the Nurses station. The Nurses all really enjoyed having beautiful flowers on their desk. My sister never did see her flowers. This shop was unwilling to accept their mistake. They tried to blame it on the nurses. One phone call to find out if she was in a regular room would have made all the difference. They told me for me to call and see if she's in a regular room every day and let them know. I have sent flowers for many years to hospitals and I know for a fact the florist always makes sure the patient is in a room that can receive flowers before they deliver to prevent mistakes like this. So much for "Full Service" florist!!!!!! Use with caution!!! Definitely does not care about good customer service.
