If you are on a fixed income you will have a horrible time watching your money with their billing system. My first year was between September through Dec and in Jan they refunded me about 90 dollars from over charges. In June of the following year I moved on to a different supplier because they always mailed my full order " never out of stock" and they do not bill until your insurance has paid, then you know exactly what you owe. It is now 7 months since I stopped using this pharmacy and I have yet another bill from second quater last year and I have no old paperwork to see if I owe or not. It's a "trust me" BS system that over charges you and refunds you later. And lastly I was on the phone with Dustin asking questions as a new ostomy patient when he asked to put me on hold. He thought he switched to his supplier but I was still on the phone when he said "Sorry about that but I have a customer asking questions and can't get rid of him. Damn, I thought your customers where why you were in BUSINESS but by all means I will never call again. I promise. I can always go to Walmart and be treated like crap.
