Cooked perfectly to medium, the chops were juicy and had a nice smoky char. The molasses glaze added just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the pork. I paired them with broccoli because I like to pretend I'm making healthy decisions when dining out. I'm pretty sure the vegetables canceled out the molasses glaze! Overall, a very enjoyable meal.
