I came in with foreign lashes and she was able to remove them and put whole new set under three hours! I don't recommend coming here. I went to go get my eyelashes done here for my birthday and worst eyelashes I have ever had. The eyelashes were very clumpy like if she used way to many eyelashes for one eyelash. They felt really heavy from a lot of eyelashes on one strand of my real eyelash. I am so happy that I gave this place a try! Best lash extensions I ever had of the 2 years I had my lashes done at so many places. Lashes came out so beautiful and natural looking, AND unlike other places, my eyes are not irritated and the "heaviness" of feeling the lashes there. Susan took her time and made sure that I was comfortable. She was gentle in her technique too. Her price is very affordable and the bed is lined with disposable long paper, which I feel is more cleaner that those bed sheets (who knows how many ppl laid there and when the last it was washed LOL). Got my lashes done today by Susan. I found her on Instagram and I immediately wanted to go see her to get mine done. Best lash experience yet, I got a classic set and got done within the hour and 15 minutes I was there! I didn't feel any stinging from the glue fumes which was also awesome. My lashes came out full and beautiful. They feel like they will last up until it's time for my next fill. I really liked that she started on my lashes pretty quick after a brief description and picture of what I wanted and they came out just as I had hoped for. Susan is also really sweet and will make you feel right at home. I drove in all the way from the east bay (Richmond) but will have no problem driving to see Susan again as I do appreciate her skills. Susan has done my lashes twice now. She does an absolutely wonderful job - I am usually skeptical at first because I am quite picky with my lashes, but I have been very pleased with her work. The first set I had done she removed my old set of lashes (I had them done out of state about a week and half prior, but was not able to retain most of the lashes). She added a new set of classic lashes since I requested a natural look with long lashes. After I had them done I could completely tell the difference from the previous lash work I had done. I brushed them and they were so easy to brush, none of the lashes fell out, and I was able to retain most of them after three weeks. I had my refill done yesterday and again, I am in love with my lashes! Susan really does provide quality work. She is attentive to detail, spends a good amount of time applying the lashes, and the whole process is actually relaxing for me. I have tried five different lash artists, Susan is definitely one of the top lash artists I've tried! One thing to note is with the location, you will not see the studio once you get to the parking lot. The studio is within a small plaza so you need to walk to the back of the plaza (do not go upstairs). It is next to the alterations place. I am glad I have a new, fantastic lash artist!!! read more
