However, after learning about proper technique, hygiene and the difference of having high quality materials, I decided to give it a try for the first time when I was going on vacation to Hawaii where I knew I wouldn't be wearing any make up. It's been about three years now and it's been an addiction for sure! Over the course of three years, I've never had any issues with excessive lashes falling out or any reactions to the glue. It has seriously been life changing! It has saved me so much time in the morning while getting ready for work. I recently decided to get my brows redone by Dianne and she did an amazing job with the combo technique that she recommended for me. I've had microblading done before by another artist and this time with the combo technique, I definitely like it a lot more since I have thinner brows. Now having both brows and lashes done by Dianne, I can literally walk out the door and feel confident without having to wear any make up at all! Dianne is down to earth and easy going! Each session with her is always an enjoyable one where I feel like we can just catch up from our last conversation. If you're looking for a new lash or brow artist or are interested in trying it for the first time, Dianne is your girl! Her beautiful and meticulous work speaks for itself! You will not regret it!

Lina took the time to explain the different lash lift options, which I didn't even know existed, and helped me choose the look I wanted. The whole appointment was so relaxing that I basically took a nap! My lash lift turned out amazing. I love how natural it looks while still giving my lashes a noticeable lift. I would definitely book again!

I visited them for the first time recently…read more When I first came in, they gave me an iPad to sign a waiver, which clearly requires their staff to walk you through the procedure you're about to get, how it works, and what the risks are. However, they simply left me with the iPad and walked away. Another issue I had with the waiver is that they don't let you submit it, which would've locked everything in and prevented further editing. Further, I emphasized I didn't have experience with the service and wanted a consultation. However, the person servicing me did not offer to show me examples on one of the two services I scheduled for. She showed me the lash examples and said we'd wait to discuss the brows later. My assumption was that we'd take a break after the lashes are done and then presume to design the brows together. However, that was not the case exactly. While my eyes were forced shut for the lashes, she started to work on my brows. I wasn't given sufficient time to discuss what I wanted with my brows and was rushed into a design without any examples shown to me. She cut my brows for a clean look without consent, and I wish we'd had kept a more natural look. Lastly, a couple of minor things. They took my after photo without asking for consent explicitly. They also failed to offer me the welcome drink that they requested me to sign up for when scheduling the appointment. It's not a big deal, but when they offer it to the next walk-in customer after you, it didn't make me feel cared for. I spent almost $300 total. Not a satisfying first-time experience. Not sure if I'd come back.

I had my extensions done on a Sunday evening, and they looked absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, I developed an allergic reaction on the second day -- this was my first time ever experiencing a lash/adhesive reaction. Although I did have an allergic response, I really want to applaud Mai for handling the situation so professionally and taking care of me the best way she could.
