They provided a very fair quote, but we ended up having to put the project on hold. When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

Their stone fabricator is clearly inexperienced with high end natural stone. There were many chips in my kitchen counter installation, and they were unable to fill it in in a polished way. They made irreversible decisions without talking to me first. And at the end of the day the only possible resolution was to compensate for the issues. For a middle of the road, average renovation where you don't care too much about the details, they did a decent job with those areas.

Eric the owner is knowledgeable and professional but unfortunately their dedication and attention to us and the quality of their work dramatically declined after a few months. Not just quality of work, but communication, transparency, dedication and more. We had them work on several projects on our house including a couple of bathrooms, stairs and walls which we were mostly happy with although we had to micromanage a lot of their work, shoddy craftsmanship and continually chase after them. But the last major project, a big walk in closet rebuild was where the biggest nightmare came in where they charged us a lot of money and did incredibly low quality work. We hired a structural engineer for them to follow the plans and they agreed to do it but they didn't even come close to following the plans or the outlined contract. How do we know...because ...We had several LEAKS and when we opened up the walls we saw that they cut corners on almost everything including major structural framework. Not only violating the contract but leaving us unsafe. The project manager/foreman was virtually absent during all of this part of the project and frankly I'm not sure if he knew too much about construction and building codes. People they hire are not all that experienced, it seems, so if they are not being watched by a foreman who knows what's going on, they mickey mouse low quality work throughout the project (we saw this with other parts of the other projects we worked with them as well, where we had to continually follow up and micromanage all of their work.) We had to hire several other contractors and inspectors to redo their shabby work which ended up costing us a lot of money, time, and stress. (In their defense, they did attempt to rectify some of the work but it was only after a fight and a fraction of what they were contracted to do). This was disappointing because not only did it cost us a lot of money and unimaginable stress but it felt like a betrayal since we had been working with them for so long and we felt a real connection with them and their team, only to be disrespected and betrayed in the end.

The suspicion was that it was from the chimney and I hired Zack and team to replace the trim around it. When they came, they went above and beyond to pinpoint the exact location it's coming from by going on the roof with a hose and opening up light fixtures from the living room to take pictures inside. They were able to find the exact spot and seal it as well as replacing all the rotten wood we had around the chimney. Finally no more pots and pans for us! We are very grateful for the hard work and the dedication that they put into solving our issue. The pricing was very fair as well. He also did a great job removing the metal framing of the door to install wooden to accomodate a barn door - patching everything up nicely. Lastly he even assembled the vanity for us which mistakenly I thought was fully assembled but nothing at all was assembled. I would highly recommend Roberto for any jobs you have out there. Also Luis and his younger brother did a great job with our hallway bathroom. It was much bigger tiles so I think it's harder. He even noticed when he was about to tile the bathroom floor that an area felt soft, so he reinforced with 2x4 and other wood before tiling. Also, he solved the issue of our vanity not fitting by doing some minor cutting of door frame and slid vanity in, then patched. Really appreciate the great job he did. From start to finish, they maintained professionalism and kept fluid communications during the construction and remodeling process. You need to start brainstorming of what u want, but they help with ideas too! They suggested a sun tunnel in our hallway, best decision ever-- so much natural light in our house. They suggested bifold closet doors-- saves so much space. You have your ideas of ur new home, but they tweak it to make it better! Love it. On day of demo, we met Jerry, Luis, Jonathan, and Joshua. Jerry and Luis were on top of communication and kept everything on schedule. Jonathan and Joshua were our main guys. They worked every day. They helped with moving our boxes into the storage bin, then started the demo process. How fun was it to see our house completely gutted out in less than one day.. wow. They revamped our home with a stunning remodel--new kitchen, new bathroom, transformed hallway closet space to a new powder room, broke down walls to create a bigger space for our living area, new flooring, complete electrical rewire, new recess lighting with dimmers in all rooms, new attic storage, new closets, new windows, and fresh paint. Everything feels sleek, modern, and functional. Not to mention... we now have an awesome new movie room too! The kids are loving it. Walking into our house now feels like stepping into a brand-new home! The whole process took about 3 months... from demo, to materials pick up, to permits, clean up removal, repaint. At the end, there's a final walk-thru to make sure they didn't miss anything. U pretty much point it out and they will come fix it! My family and I were impressed. What really stood out is how collaborative he is; Kenny always seeks input rather than making assumptions, and he never cuts corners. His work is clean, organized, and executed with great care. After a string of disappointing experiences with two previous contractors--and speaking with over 20 others--we were understandably hesitant to move forward with anyone new. Hiring Kenny was a turning point. Not only did he restore our confidence, but he also exceeded every expectation. It's no fun fixing another contractor's mistakes, but Kenny tackled the job with patience, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to getting things right. He was always kind, mindful, and empathetic toward our past frustrations. He treated our home with respect, never left trash behind, and ensured his crew was just as professional--even down to small details like not misusing the bathrooms, which had been an issue before. One standout example of Kenny's dedication: his team spent ten days meticulously sanding and correcting major paint drip issues on our baseboards and refining the precision paintwork around all door trims--without complaint or frustration. If we had to sum it up, Kenny turned our house into a home we truly love and enjoy. We couldn't recommend him enough to any homeowner looking for peace of mind, exceptional quality, and very reasonable pricing!
