Very happy with my experience with Spotless. Worked with Demian during the walkthrough and Daniel for the actual cleaning. Both were very friendly, professional, and honest. They both gave realistic expectations about the results, which actually turned out better than I expected. Spotless was hired to clean the carpets on the 2nd floor and stairs, and they look good as new. Got a lot of the tough stains out, including a stubborn oil/grease type stain that I've been trying to steam out since we moved in 3 years ago. Also did a good job removing the various lipstick, blush, and assorted makeup stains in my daughters' bedrooms. Will be going back to Spotless for annual cleaning. read more

Demien came out right after a consultation was requested. He went over the different methods of cleaning and recommended an aggressive approach. My carpet had blood stains and very dark stains from spills. We measured the rooms to give a cost estimate as it's priced per square foot. If you clear your furniture he'll even move it around so he can clean the whole space. I was ready to replace the carpet with blood stains. Demien was confident we could get it looking pretty great. Everything looks fantastic. Pardon the shadows in some of the photos. Looks even better in person. Showed up on time and everything went exactly as previously detailed. Pricing was fair and even went over some things to look out for in the future. Carpet stretching for loose areas and how to spot clean any messes. Found this business through Yelp and glad I did. Had always wanted the carpets cleaned since we moved in and looks like they clean other items such as tile, furniture, etc. There was also a small area where a lot of water was spilled, tried drying and cleaning it ourselves, but still smelled funny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was upfront about estimated cost and gave me an appointment a few weeks out. They do have a minimum amount for an appointment, but it was reasonable. Communication was excellent prior to, right before, and after the appointment. They really care about customer satisfaction because I got a follow-up call after and a thank you card in the mail, which is rare these days. Day of service: They came on time and the employees were very professional and respectful of the home. They were able to work with us on what we wanted done and how much money we wanted to spend. Loved their "can do" attitude and didn't feel rushed. They also assessed the water damage and told us what could be done. Also gave a spot remover/ cleaner for future use. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned and felt so much better to walk on after. No smell and didn't take too long to dry. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST SPOTLESS CLEANING I contacted SPOTLESS to get my furniture cleaned and give them an exact accurate sizes and description of everything and they told me the price it's going to be $360 They assured me this is the price AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE INVOICE 2 days before my Christmas Eve party they came to clean my couches and they told me the price it's going to be almost $600 When I have an invoice to prove otherwise I was shocked so PLEASE be AWARE SPOTLESS CLEANING COMPANY misleads people so they can get hired and then they struck you with a huge unreasonable amount THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I dropped a glass bottle of lemon juice on my travertine floors. The acid from the lemon juice left a huge "splat" mark if you will. I'm so grateful that I found Spotless to help me out. The reviews about this business are so positive, i was really surprised about my disappointing experience with them. I get my carpets cleaned every six months because of my pets, and decided to try Spotless because of the good reviews. I scheduled for them to come out between 9-11 am. Usually when i get that morning slot, carpet cleaners show up right at 9 am, because its the first appointment of the day. But Spotless did not. AT 9:30, I called Spotless to find out when i might expect him. The friendly customer service agent called the technician to check in with him and he told her that he was stuck in traffic and would be at my house around 10 or 1030. I expressed concern because i had a phone meeting at 10 and would be unable to answer the door between 10 or 1030. So, if he could get to my house before 10, we were fine. Could that happen? She apologized again, saying that the technician was stuck in traffic, 'coming all the way from Pleasanton'. A HUGE red flag went up for me. I live in San Ramon, off the Alcosta Blvd. Even with absolutely horrible traffic, i can get anywhere in Pleasanton in a max of 25 minutes, and i've never travelled anywhere in Pleasanton where it took me more than 20 minutes to get there. So...it's impossible to be stuck in traffic in Pleasanton and take an hour to get to my house. I don't know why they were lying about getting out to me, but at this point I wasn't comfortable having them in my home, because they were dishonest. I spent 3 hours last night, moving furniture so that it would be easy for the cleaners to come... only to have them 1. not communicate what time they were coming and that they were running late and 2. lie to me about why they weren't at my house yet. I don't usually take the time to write a yelp, but definitely am with this carpet cleaner. It's a daunting process to figure out what kind of cleaning you want done on your carpets and who to call. Everyone has coupons and there's so many of them. 29 1/2 years we have lived in our house in Pleasanton and I think I've had every company under the sun. I was a little taken aback when they told me the cost of cleaning my entire 2200 ft. house. But my girlfriend swore by them and said it will be worth every penny. Oh my gosh! Let me tell you, she was not kidding! The first good sign was my carpets were not drenched when they left. They took very little time to dry. And they look fantastic two months later after I'm writing this. I waited a bit to make sure it lasted because a lot of times the spots come back weeks after the carpet cleaning. The other good sign was they didn't try to hit me up for all these extras. They gave me a free bottle of cleaner after that I just threw in the cupboard. I found out how good that stuff worked after my dog threw up on my freshly clean carpets a few weeks later! Ugh! Where was that bottle of stuff all my life!
