Solid work, premium price…read more Spotless cleaned five carpeted areas plus stairs at my house in San Ramon. Truck-mounted hot water extraction, full three-step process ...pretreat, scrub, rinse. Professional crew, itemized invoice, and they flagged pre-existing wear up front instead of blaming it on the cleaning later. No complaints about the work. The price was $730.50. I checked afterward: comparable Tri-Valley pricing for the same scope runs $360-$490 for five rooms plus $45-$75 for stairs , so Spotless is roughly 40-70% above the going rate. In fairness, they confirmed the price on-site before starting, so no bait-and-switch. I just didn't comparison-shop first. Verdict: legit company, thorough job. Get their quote in writing and compare before you book. I didn't, and it cost me.

Mustafa arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He started with laying protective sheets on my hardwood floors and corner protectors for the walls/baseboards before treating the carpeted room with professional-grade enzyme disinfectant. He was very diligent. Because of the "deep cleaning" technique, the carpet was still wet when he left, so he offered to leave some high-powered fans to help with the drying time. Having owned a carpet cleaning business in the past, and being a certified carpet cleaner myself, I could tell that his process cut no corners, and I was very happy with the outcome. I would definitely call Tri-Valley Steamers again when I have future needs.

We've used Tammy and Jerry for close to a decade for our four businesses. I will not use anyone…read moreelse and god help us when they decide to retire. What people need to understand is that carpet cleaning is not a commodity. It's a true craft and takes knowledge and years of experience to do the job right. It's not just taking a steam cleaner, throwing some detergent down, and vacuuming it up. Jerry is like the Good Will Hunting of carpets. He makes the impossible possible. Ever clean a carpet, the spot goes away, and then 3 months later it seems to reappear? Jerry knows why and makes sure it doesn't happen with his work. Ever have the threshold carpet near a hardwood/tile area get dirtier than the rest of the carpet? He knows why and will tell you how to take care of your hard surfaces so it doesn't lead to carpet dirt. Everyone talks about how they want to support local businesses, family owned businesses, lament the lack of care in work, hate this disposable world and want to see society take care of things better and have things last. Well, this is the poster child business you should support if you care about these things and care about the investment you've made in your home/business flooring. Stop thinking, stop looking for that $100 coupon thinking it will actually save you money in the long run, and book your appointment with them.
