Our old A/C unit was beginning to falter so we decided to call Spot On to take a look at our system. Taylor (technician) came out and gave our system a thorough inspection. He concluded with an in-depth overview of our system using pictures he took while inspecting everything the A/C needs to run efficiently. He explained everything in layman's terms so we understood the mechanics of how an A:C system works. Wow! I was highly impressed with how honest he was. Amazingly, it resulted that our system is still running fairly well and nothing needed replacement. Taylor offered his professional advice as to our system, but NEVER once pushed for a new system or any type of service. Since our A/C unit is running on its last leg (a 23-year-old system ) we decided to schedule an appointment to discuss a new unit. WE decided! Had CWP come by to tune-up my heater and A/C but couldn't complete it due to a blown fuse. He diagnosed it and then charged me for the visit. I asked what the charge was for since we couldn't do anything and he said that there's a charge just to come out... a fee that was never mentioned to me when making the appointment! Be advised, if they come out you'll get charged no matter what. I'm disappointed that they couldn't waive it after I told them that I wasn't even informed of this fee. Other than that, the tech was courteous, clean, wore a mask and booties, and knowledgeable. read more

We had a great experience with Spot On Heating Air Plumbing. My husband scheduled them for a complimentary service and was able to secure an appointment quickly. Unfortunately for me, the morning of my appointment, I had to cancel when Taylor arrived for the job. Luckily, they had no issues with this late cancellation and re-scheduled my appointment right then for the following week at the same time. The day of the service appointment, Taylor arrived at the beginning of the given window time and got right to work. He explained to me the plan, what he would be doing, and even asked which doors I prefer he use. He was very professional and thorough. He wore a mask at all times and foot booties while he was in my home. He had me look at the AC Unit before and after the cleaning, then proceeded to check my attic. At the end of the appointment, we went over pictures and numbers to show the improvement. We ended up joining the club program because we were so happy with the service and will be having them service our furnace in the winter. This review is based on customer service. Saturday night my AC unit went out during one of the hottest weekends Labor Day and I wasn't able to reach anyone to service my unit. Jay from CWP HVAC responded to me and I was able to schedule service for my unit.Of course due to the holiday weekend and the terrible heat I knew they were busy and wouldn't be able to service my unit during the weekend. In fact Tuesday was the soonest appointment available I was able to book. But CWP HVAC gave me the fastest response and soonest appointment possible which I greatly appreciated. read more

I definitely will NOT recommend Spot on for any of our AC needs. We were looking to get our current AC and heating system replaced with a new one, due to the old system we have. We were aware that all ducts needed to be replaced also. After the service guy was done with the inspection, he gave us an estimate of $20k!!! WOW!!! But he told us not to worry, that they also offered a monthly payment plan with an 8.99% interest. And we would have 18 months to payim it off...LOL, that's rich, no thank you! I'm positive we will find something reasonable elsewhere. read more

My air condition was making so loud noise and I called my home insurance to fix it for us. Of course, they came in and told us, it needs to be clean (which is not covered by our insurance) and they have to order a part (maybe cover by my insurance). He also states don't turn on the air condition (95 degree outside), if we turn it on, we will damage the unit. Huh? Seriously? So.. I called SPot on Heating air and plumbing for inspection. They were so kind enough to schedule at the same day and... ANTONIO.. wow... what should I say... He was above and beyond! He knew what his doing and explained everything. He inspected every single part and diagnose the air condition. I wish I had him before this happen.
