Shawn came out and took his time explaining everything and going over all the issues that needed to be replaced and explaining why.

We had issues with our furnace and decided to call Spot On Heating Air and Plumbing. They were able to accommodate us with a same day appointment and were able to arrive earlier than the expected time. I liked the fact that we received a text with the technicians photo (Antonio) and was informed when he was on his way. Antonio was very professional and friendly. He was considerate while in our home wearing a mask and booties. While working on the furnace he placed a mat to protect the floor and cleaned up afterward. Antonio communicated extremely well and was very informative. Thank you for the great customer service! read more

I highly recommend the services of Spot On (formally CWP) in meeting any AC/Heating needs you may have. Phillip, the owner of the company is a good guy to work with. I've found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and very responsive in addressing any concerns or issues at hand. Several years ago, our attic and furnace were thoroughly contaminated by the careless practices of a supposedly professional asbestos abatement company. After the attic the was stripped bare by a different and truly professional abatement company, there was the obvious need for an entirely new AC/Heating system. I happened to randomly come across Phillip's company (CWP) back then. After he personally came out to evaluate the situation and explain how he would go about installing the new system, I decided to hire his company to do a complete installation of a new AC unit and furnace, including all new ductwork. The job was professionally executed and completed well within the projected time frame, and even after some system issues arose (not due to CWPs fault), Phillip was more than willing to help address and fix the issues. Since the original installation of the new system, several of the company's technicians have come out to perform routine maintenance inspections, and I have found each of them to perform their tasks in a throughly professional manner. The latest technician to come out to perform an inspection was Taylor. He was very polite and throughly professional in executing his tasks. He explained the results of the inspection, and took photos of the AC unit before and after he cleaned it, including the various meter readings involved with the inspection. I would recommend the services of Spot On, believing your experience with the company would be the same as mine. read more

Antonio was professional and thorough in his assessment of the heating repair job. He gave me information about my heating system that the first two technicians did not. He also gave me 3 different pricing options to have the work done. A long time ago i was diagnosed with cancer from exposure to asbestos. Antonio was the only technician that told me my ductwork was made of asbestos. Two technicians from other companies were here before him, and they neglected to provide me with that hugely important information. Antonio left me with a great impression of himself as an individual and a great impression of himself as a representative of his company. read more

Antonio was a great technician. He is very friendly and was very informative and great at explaining everything he was working on.

I had my regular yearly AC and heater maintenance. Andrew was thorough in inspecting and cleaning both units. He provided me with a clear explanation of what he was doing and gave me insight on the status of my unit. Thanks for doing a great job! read more

6 star service! Antonio was VERY knowledgeable and happy to educate in the subject to make and informed decision. We were happy to get our AC repaired on the spot and to be made aware of future potential problems. Also, not rushed into buying or paying for anything if not ready. This was definitely not the experience I was expecting, totally above expectations. Also the time frame I was given was not accurate and the company did not hesitate to not charge for a diagnostic fee. Way to care for customers! read more

I received a coupon in the mail for an air conditioner tune up. Due to the hot weather and the air conditioner working fine they scheduled me out a couple of weeks. Mariano came out and it has been a long time since I have received that kind of service and courteousness. He throughly explained everything he was going to do and the time frame it would take. I chose not to do any upgrade yet so he wrote it all down on the invoice so when I am ready I will know what needs to be done. He's an asset to the company. I will absolutly use this company again when the time comes and will recommend it to all my friends. Korean read more

Antonio was very nice and helpful servicing my home. He was very clear on the important components that needed servicing vs the parts that can be looked at later. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services read more

I have to agree with the reviews about the company price gauging. To replace our water heater, they gave me a quote of $4600. Absolutely ridiculous. Water heaters go from 700-1000 dollars. So their workers are so skilled and talented that they charge roughly $3600 for labor? For about one hour of actual installation work? I found someone else to replace my water heater and it took one hour to do. And they offered a fair price. Sad what some companies do to people. read more

I love Spot On. Every technician has done a great job and even scheduling the appointments is easy. Joyce is the best. read more

Honestly the worst service I have ever encountered I called the number prior to having anybody come to my house to specifically talk about what services I needed and the price range the woman proceeded to give me a number over the phone and I asked her about 3 to 4 times please confirm with me the ballpark because I do not want the insulation guy to come and give me a completely different one number that is three times what you quoted me, well that's EXACTLY what happened with these guys they gave me a price over the phone after the guy wasted two hours in my house doing God knows what he then comes with me at a price double/triple what they originally quoted. I should've known better when I didn't see anything in writing every time I asked these people for their prices in writing or quotes in writing or even a contract in writing nothing was ever presented to me in writing very sketchy company do yourself a favor and don't waste the time read more

We had Antonio come out to give us an estimate on how our AC system is working after having a breakdown a couple of days ago. He performed a thorough exam, taking pictures and measurements, and gave us a good understanding of what is going on and what his recommendations would cost. Spot on Heating and Air came out and did an estimate on air duct replacement yesterday on my sub 1400 square foot home. The experience was so bad it compels me to write a review to warn Yelp customers to stay away. Spot on was my 5th in home estimate. All the estimates that I have done were through Yelp. I am intimately aware of my repair situation having sat down with many air duct company professionals and two company owners. My 3 ton Carrier central air unit is only 5 years old. Enrique came on time and was clean and presentable. Unfortunately, those were the only positives. He did not knock on my door or ring my door bell. Enrique called out from my front yard. I thought that was weird so I commented, "why didn't you knock?" Enrique insisted on getting a full tour of my house. Why? to look at each one of my vents. Only one other estimate measured them for potential replacement. It was a big deal because it was un-necessary and we have two people working from home. I showed Enrique the Attic access and he argued with me saying it was an attic filter return. I've owned this house for 18 years. Pretty sure I know how to get to the attic. Enrique took pictures and was extremely loud with the inspection he did. Almost like he was dropping heavy items. Even though I gave Enrique the name age and size of my AC unit he insisted on seeing it. When we finally sat down, the Spot on sales presentation was the least professional. Enrique never explained our exact problem and how they were the best company to fix things. He tried on several occasions to start small talk. Commenting on my old Cabela's t-shirt. He asked me "Do you like LABS?" because my shirt has a faded black Labrador on the back. I thought he was completely out of line and tried to re-direct him to the estimate. "Please provide me with a written estimate that clearly states exactly what your company is providing me at the cost you are charging." When I finally heard a number Spot on was a little more than DOUBLE the cost ($7100.00) of 3 other estimates and $1200 more than the most expensive. I explained this to Enrique and started to get the quality of the job answer. Even though I was shown the price on an IPAD I never did get the estimate in writing email or text. It is shameful that companies like Spot on get away with gouging customers who don't take the time to shop or educate themselves with multiple estimates/bids. read more

Their service were amazing, had AC and heater tune up. Great communication, the gentleman that did the cleaning was so professional and explained everything that was done. Gave us a quote on things that needed to be replaced, provided pictures and options, never pushy. Will definitely be calling them back for my AC and heating tune up, and future repairs. read more

I love Spot On! I needed my dishwasher removed. They sent Levi to check it out first. I was told what needed to be done and how much it would be. Levi came a few days later with another person and removed the dishwasher. They took the dishwasher with them and left the area clean. A very thorough job. Thank you guys! read more

Called for a repair today at 2pm expecting an appointment for next week. Antonio was here at 4pm today. He was extremely informative, tidy and fixed everything in a timely manner. Antonio walked my husband through every step and gave him helpful tips to help prevent damage in the future. All of this for $65!! Of course he had many options available for further services at costs we could not afford but would've purchased solely on the need for future repairs and saving money in the long run. Maybe next time! Thanks again Antonio! read more

Excellent service, efficient, and personable. When my heat stopped working I called Spot On and later on that day Shawn and Albert came out to look at my system. They found out that my igniter needed to be replaced and the day the correct part came in my heat was fixed in less than a hour. I mostly spoke with Shawn and he explained everything that was going on. He was easy to talk to and had given me a new filter and some advice to help keep them clean. I would also like to add they both put on boot covers when they would be inside the house, and put cardboard on the wall to prevent the ladder from hitting the wall which I found thoughtful and appreciated. I will definitely be using them in the future. read more

I only dealt with one employee, and he was extremely rude, so I decided I would never use them.
