After spending 10 years in the Hot Tub business in the 90's from service, sales and ownership I thought I had a pretty good idea what I was up against when my wife told me she wanted a hot tub. Well, we're not in the 90's anymore! Quality spas was not our first stop when we started shopping, but it was soon our last. Once we got over the sticker shock and realized things just cost more now days, we settled in and began comparing companies and products. Here's what we found BEFORE we found Jeff's Quality Spas just to name a few. -Extremely high pricing and poor value -Errogant spoiled Salespeople -Additional add-ons costing more. -un-educated salespeople. -Nothing in stock. When we finally made our way through the fair circuit stores, pool stores, hardware stores, stove shops, and Craigslist ads, we met Jeff and his staff at Quality Spas. We purchased our spa in 20 minutes. The selection was the best we saw and the decision was easy. No additional costs for needed add-ons, no additional delivery costs and it came with all the accessories that everyone else charge a fortune for. We chose a 60 jet spa with all the bells and whistles. 3 pumps, premium filtration, lights in and out, speakers, table and more. We were shown a comparable product at another store without the accessories for over $23,000.00. Yes! I said that. I purchased a Quality Spa from Jeff this fall. He and his staff were absolutely awesome to work with. Efficient, professional, very pleasant. The staff delivered my hot tub, they were amazing, very professional and nice, no problems, had it installed so fast. The electrician also was amazing! i feel very confident that the installation was done right, because an inspector came out the following week and said the installer did an great job, everything looked great and up to code. Jeff is always there to answer all my questions when i call, or if i leave a message, he returns my calls ASAP. After the first week, hot tub progress in learning. My hot tub top cover flew off, and landed on the ground,and the brackets broke off. I don't even know how it happened, it happened so fast. Then Jeff gave me clarity on what probably happened, the bar ended up over the top somehow. They came out right away and replaced the clips at n/c. Oh, one other thing after the hot tub installation. I noticed a chip on the cabinet. I took a picture with my phone, sent it to Jeff and he had his crew come out and replace the panel looks great can't even tell. Don't know if it happened when the electrician was here or the installers, doesn't matter he took care of it immediately!! I've been using my hot tub almost daily. I bought the one with the volcano and water fall which my grandson has just a blast with. I bought the one that seats 7, perfect for family and friends. The "QUALITY" experience we've had with QUALITY SPAS in Spokane doesn't even scratch the surface with how overjoyed we have been with our choice and experience! After two years of nearly daily use by our family, we're enjoying our new tub now as much as we did then, and without a hint of trouble! Our previous tub purchased at a warehouse club was destroyed by a tree branch, and we were referred to Jeff at Quality Spas. Don't let the age of the building and signage fool you, this business is quality in every way! Their selection and price of tubs is outstanding, and the service was absolutely sensational. We were able to make a lot of choices to get exactly the tub we wanted built to our specifications, and then it arrived much sooner than we expected. The delivery and set-up of the tub, and removal of the old one, was very easy. Instructions were thorough on what chemicals to use and when, and it's been a breeze ever since to keep our water clear and our tub clean. Of course, Jeff and his friendly staff make it easy and painless to get supplies, and its worth the 45-minute trip for us to see their smiling faces -- and, of course, to tell them how much we appreciate their product. We paid about the same for our first tub and had a lot of problems, but our tub from QUALITY SPAS has been trouble-free -- knock on wood -- and that's the best review we could ever give about a product. After checking out & researching most of the hot tub's in the Spokane area, I returned to Jeff's Quality Spas on Division St., purchasing a hot tub from Jeff & his crew in Oct 2015. This place had the best selection of spas, quality US parts, good info & handouts, and lowest price. After several soak tests at other spa places, Jeff's Quality Spas was hands down the best for actual feel & performance (Diamond 75 series with lounger & volcano). I bought this spa based on how it felt on my body & it was way better than spa's at other dealers that cost much more. I purchased a spa one year ago, before I purchased it, I checked out five spa companies in Spokane and Spokane Valley. I checked out full foam, partial foam, no foam. Size of pumps, number of pumps, jets, lighting, number of lights, cover density. I then found "Jeff's Quality Spa" in Spokane. It was the only place I could custom order a spa for far less money then any other spa store in the area. After installed ( I was out of town) my wife needed help working some controls, she called the store " Jeff's Quality Spas" and Jeff drove over right then and showed her how to work the controls. I have priced chemicals, product for product, found Jeff's Quality Spas to be less then other stores. One store stated "we can't compete with "Jeff's Quality Spas". Jeff and his techs answer any questions I have and treat me like family. We purchased a swim spa and a hot tub from Jeff and they are wonderful quality. During the wind storm in Nov. 2015 we lost power for a week. We were worried the spa and hot tub would freeze up but after the power came back on they were at 78 and 79 still! The weather was in the teens so the insulation on these are the best in our opinion. As important as the quality is customer service and we can attest that there is no better customer service than with Quality Spas! We love the staff and their knowledge is priceless! We have had so many questions as we've never had a spa before, all we do is call and they help us over the phone or in one case they sent out a guy who fixed the problem within 2 days. We love these guys and drive from the valley to them for all our supplies. We have found the prices better than near us so the drive is well worth it. :-) We would recommend quality spas for all your spa needs and chemicals too! read more

The service and help available at this store is remarkable. They are so helpful and kind. My swim spa has absolutely changed my life! I have bad knees and have been progressively unable to exercise by walking or even biking, but now I swim every single day and I feel soooo good! The warm water loosens up my joints and the exercise strengthens and invigorates me. This is the best thing I have ever gone out and bought. Expensive, yes, but my health and well being is so worth it. Every time I even look out the window at my swim spa, I feel happy. When I am in it, it is sheer bliss. The kids love it too, as do guests. It is a fun play space, but more importantly, it is saving my health. The convenience of having it here at my home is why I am able to use it every day. My experience with Jeff and Quality Spas has been outstanding. The prices were the best around - believe me, I shopped quite a bit before buying from Jeff. Jeff and his team delivered my tub when promised, and went above and beyond on the installation. They were professional, competent, and friendly. We have had a few questions/concerns, (most were operator error if you know what I mean), and Jeff returned my calls promptly, and made sure that the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. I have dealt with many retailers in my time, and have had several contractors/installers over the years. We looked at spas for a full year, lots of stores around the Spokane area. We stopped in at Quality Spas and liked what we saw, the quality, pricing, variety and Jeff (I think is the owner) was helpful every time we stopped in...3 times before we bought...never pushy and we never felt pressured to buy. When we did buy, they were super helpful with suggestions for what chemicals we needed, a recommendation for an electrician, ideas for what we needed to set up our patio, everything. We shopped and shopped for a hot tub, and kept going back to Jeff and asking him a zillion more questions, he even helped us compare what we had seen elsewhere to what he had. We finally purchased our tub from Jeff, and a couple weeks in we had issues - breakers tripping, hot tub not heating well...we sent Jeff an e-mail on a Sunday night, and he had replacement parts (it was an issue from the factory- not the dealer) installed THE next day. We purchased a swim spa a few years ago from Jeff at Quality Spa and have been pleased with every experience we have had with this company. They were referred to us by many satisfied customers. The process from purchasing, installing and follow up has always been amazing. We have had to call them a few times for various issues like breakers that went out and most recently a leak. They have always come out immediately and solved the issues. The leak was a washer that went bad. The tech gave me a few washers in the event I had the issue going forward I could easily switch it out. As a business owner myself, customer service has always been a huge priority to me. We purchased our spa in April 2022. The service we received was fantastic!! They help us make an informed decision and stood behind their product. Everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly. We drove 45min to look at the different hot tub options with 3 kids. They stayed late after closing to walk us through the different options. We did not feel pressured and all. The spa came with a cover, chemical starter kit, thermal blanket and simple directions on how to setup the hot tub. This was my very first hot tub, everything from building the pad to chemicals was new to me. In the end, I am very happy with our hot tub. I would highly recommend buying a spa from Quality Spas. This place is amazing. Always more than willing to help. I called on a very cold day. The tub was empty and I was in a panic. My issues as it turned out were not serious. You would never know by the response we received. Within seriously less than a half hour Scott as he's called at work. Scott the the hot tub god as he's saved in my phone appears to save the day or ease my nerves. Scott freezing his digits off, smile on his face most of the time. I have written a review on Jeff and Quality Spas before, but again, I cannot say enough good things! I made a big mistake this winter, and after draining my hot tub, didn't get all the water out of the pipes, and it froze... I was panicking, so sure I'd made a $5,000 mistake! Jeff spent so much time with me on the phone, and in person, walking us through step by step what to do, even lending us some tools to aid in rectifying my error. I bought my hot tub from the "other guys", and now that I need to replace my hot tub cover, I went both to them and to Jeff. The "other guys" that I bought it from did not even have me in the computer anymore (to assist in getting the correct size), so they told me I needed to go home and measure the hot tub itself, even though I had the cover measurements. They had the covers "on sale" but not in stock (???) and the quoted price was 80- more than Jeff quoted me. Also, Jeff has my cover in stock so I can pick it up in the morning. The best place to buy your hot tub. When we looked for a place to buy a hot tub we visited a lot of different stores. Jeff has great prices and quality products. The hot tub we ordered was delivered on time and as promised. We've also found the follow up service to be great. Jeff is always willing to answer questions and give advice if needed. We needed a small repair to the tub ( it's been several years since our purchase) and his repair person came out right away and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.we would totally recommend Quality Spas and would return again. read more

I purchased a spa from Quality Spa, and my experience has truely been a nightmare. Its been 1 1/2 years, and the thermostate leaked twice. all the jets had to be rebuilt, and now the fiberglass is bubbling. They are great when you are making your purchase, claim they are the best, and all smiles. When there are problems...good luck! $7000 later, 1 1/2 years later my spa is junk! I requested if they really stand behind their tubs, to put me in a new one. I would recommend any spa company but Quality Spas as my experience has been anything but positive. read more
