Do not be fooled! This Phil guy will seem helpful, his employees are kind and considerate; they are…read morethe good guys. But Phil is nothing but a scammer, he will take advantage of you in a heartbeat. Buy the way he will only accept cash; this is a sign. He will take on a job within hours only to reel you in, don't take the bait! Phil picked up our tub took it to his home shop for inspection and it was ready to deliver. Tub didn't show up as communicated that it would arrive. Three days later it needed a pump, and then a day later it require a second pump; to the tune of $500 per pump and $300 installation plus shop fee and delivery of $400. Needless to say we decided to take the tub back as it was delivered with supposedly rusted bad pumps. The tub shows up (cash only before it goes over the curb) and the head rest cushions are all missing (very queer), the main board cover floating around and I'm yet to find out what else was manipulated. Recommend to stay away from Coeur d Alene Spa's & Hot tub.
