During the winter, a section of my retaining wall fell over. Once the snow melted, it became obvious that most of the rest of the wall was in danger of also falling and taking part of my yard with it. Just as I was trying to get bids to fix it, the covid-19 restrictions hit. I had to wait until the restrictions started to lift before I could even get an estimate. Melanie, the office manager at Wall and Company told me that due to the covid-19 restrictions, they were booked up about 2 months, but that she would do her best to squeeze me in if anything changed in their schedule. Within a week she called to tell me that she was sending someone to fix my wall. Once the crew arrived (on schedule), it only took 3 days for them to demo the falling section of the wall, dig out enough from behind it for the drainage gravel that was missing from the poorly constructed original install, and then rebuild the wall to better than new. I continue to be amazed by the great and awesome job from these folks! They're as professional as it gets, with great focus on quality work. After doing a tremendous job on landscaping my front lawn (and saving me money too!), I had them back to paint my entire house. All I can say is WOW!! They spent copious hours prep'ing for the painting job, even repairing my siding and other areas which had nothing to do with the painting job per se. The house looks absolutely beautiful. We had to drop a couple of huge trees and ended up with a big ugly dirt patch full of huge roots. We got a bid that had several options to choose from. We decided on river rock. They got to us in a week and got started. They had a crew here early and went to work. They had to deal with a bunch of big roots to put in the edging and get it semi level. I have never seen two guys work so hard! And they were polite and serious about quality! They got the edging in, put in a couple loads of dirt, packed it down and then put in the weed stop material. On top of this went the river rock. Excellent job done in 2 days. Adam even came back the next morning with a load of dirt to smooth outside the edging! I totally recommend Wall and Company. My wife has always wanted a picket fence for our front yard. I decided to surprise her and contacted Wall and Company to do the work. To keep it a surprise I convinced her to go to California for a week to get her out of the way, so to speak. I had a specific time frame to complete the project while she was gone. She had no idea. Wall & Company painted the exterior of my home this summer, and it turned out great! They use top quality products and it shows.
