I needed help with my hot tub that had unexpectedly stopped heating even though the heat light was on and pump was running. After doing some home research and trying to troubleshoot the problem myself (to no avail), I finally decided to call for help. I was nervous about the cost but did it anyway. The guy who I spoke to was able to make an appointment time with me and came to my home only a few days later was very thorough. He have my whole hot tub a check up and then found that the heating element needed to me replaced. Afternoon draining and my hot tub to do the work, he refilled it when he was done and even added some chlorine and turned on the heat, so that it was warm and working perfectly by the time I got home from work! He said he could repair my six year old hot tub by replacing both the board and the pump but pretty expensive for my Plug and Play, a cheap hot tub. We made an appointment with Gavin last winter for a hot tub repair in May. He drove from Sandpoint to Priest River, Idaho. He spent 5 minutes diagnosing the problem and charged $165. 00! I understand being compensated for time and travel, but that is ridiculous! Update: Gavin called after reading this review. He clarified that he had driven from Hyden and it was 50 minutes. He stated that he had only charged $70 for diagnosing the problem and the rest for the travel. He said he had reserved 2 hours to fix my hot tub, however it wasn't feasible to repair it, according to his assessment. I appreciated him expressing his point of view. He did call the day before to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. I still personally feel the charge was excessive but perhaps others would find it reasonable. read more

I had a spa issue and my in-laws recommended Integrity. They had just used them, and said they didn't excellent work. They're well rated on other sites, so I gave them a call. Gavin showed up just like he said he would, and addressed and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He repaired it and got it back up and running within an hour. I had a new issue the next morning that I thought was related to the previous issue, and Gavin came right out. It wasn't related at all, but Gavin wanted to make sure we were taken care of.
