The worst experience of my life with people that have no concept of customer service. I ordered a spa cover three months ago and was just told that the manufacturer hadn't even started the work on the cover. No apologies. No reasons. Spokane Spas is just too busy to take care of people that have paid money, have real needs, and are expecting service. I seriously advise taking your business elsewhere. They have taken my $370 and run with it. Spokane Spas is the worst! I have started a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of the Pacific Northwest and will continue my efforts to communicate my unhappiness with this firm. read more

We were having issues with our hot tub and were told by another local spa company that the part we needed to fix it was on back order for months. My husband finally got sick of their horrible customer service and we decided to call Spokane Spas. Skip came out to look at our hot tub and not only did he follow Covid protocol, he was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix our hot tub in 1 day!!! I am honored to be the first to yelp this awesome company, but also a little confused that they have not been yelped before! When you find an honest and dependable company like this, YOU BETTER YELP! We have an old "generic, no name" jacuzzi, and its starting to leak, break down, and generally fall apart. Fortunately, SKIP came to the rescue! Skip told us how to keep his bill down, and save money. HE told us that if he had to tear the foam off, it would be expensive, and suggested we do it ourselves. He even told us how to do it. He couldn't find a replacement filter cover, SO HE MADE ONE! He was also able to (1) fix a leak, (2) repair the waterfall feature, (3) fix the light, and (4) give me instructions on how to operate features I was not even aware of ALL WITHIN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. What a guy! He charged us LESS THAN HALF of what I expected it would cost. I can promise you, if I ever need to buy a new jacuzzi, or repair the one I have, I am definitely calling Skip first! I brought my two pumps in Friday afternoon to be tested. They needed to be rebuilt. Skip had them done in three hours. I picked the pumps the next day.
