Our problem was fixed within 3 hours of our call, now that is impressive. We purchased our hot tub from Northwest Spa & Pool, it was delivered & set sometime around Christmas of 2017, it was still under warranty so the service call cost us nothing! This is our second Jacuzzi hot tub in 16 years, I can only think of 3 problems over all those years + we have had incredible service both here in Spokane & Elko Nevada. Jacuzzi's are that well made & nothing moves water like it! If your looking for hot tub, buy a Jacuzzi. If your in the Inland Empire buy from Northwest Spa & Pool. Three days later it needed a pump, and then a day later it require a second pump; to the tune of $500 per pump and $300 installation plus shop fee and delivery of $400. Needless to say we decided to take the tub back as it was delivered with supposedly rusted bad pumps. The tub shows up (cash only before it goes over the curb) and the head rest cushions are all missing (very queer), the main board cover floating around and I'm yet to find out what else was manipulated. Recommend to stay away from Coeur d Alene Spa's & Hot tub.

They were responsive and punctual. Michael showed up on time to give an estimate and provided a quote with 3 days. I was stood up and did not receive so much as a phone call from 2 other companies. 2. Prompt and professional customer service. Whenever I sent an email, my questions were promptly answered. 3. Their bid was fair and reasonable. I received in total 3 bids and the one that was like for like as far as material, installation, and time, was significantly incomplete compared to Michael's, so I went with K2. 4. The work was done and completed to my satisfaction, in spite of winter weather challenges, and I appreciate that more than anything. We sought a new fence to keep our pup safe but not detract from the neighborhood beauty. We decided to go with a pressure treated posts hog wire fence. I have a high standard when it comes to completed work. I want it to look good and be aesthetically pleasing top to bottom. That was accomplished with K2. There are no gaps along the bottom of the fence, it's uniform, gates are well constructed, and concrete posts are covered. I appreciate the work they did and more importantly I love my fence.

Erby came back out within a few weeks. Since this work was done within the first 30 days, I expected the repair would be covered. So then I was shocked to find my credit card had been charged for another $100 without any ok from me. No invoice, no notice, no nothing. When I complained I found they do not cover their work with a warranty, not even 30 days. I have called them three times to explain and complain, and each person passes the buck. Their last promise (3 wks ago) was to contact me within the next week. I told them I would leave a bad review for them if they didn't refund my money, so I guess they don't expect people to follow through. Stupid company willing to be faced with a bad review, all over $100.00. I wouldn't trust them under any circumstances.

I got here and he looked at me and told me to turn each zone on; which I did. After he saw all the zones run, he said that it's all working. When I brought my concern about one sprinkler head in particular, he laughed and said that he was lazy. He didn't adjust any sprinkler heads and I still got charged for the full hour when he was here for maybe 10 min and did nothing. I was not impressed at all.
