Just because you come out to a property and turn on a switch doesn't make me responsible for your lack of judgement. No diagnosis was needed. You were aware of what needed to be done. Side note, there is no iaqualink panel inside. It's obvious your company lacks experience with my equipment. I had to get my heater running because your techs didn't get it up and running for the season. Hmmmm, maybe I should have gotten a discount on my spring pool opening. Secondly upon calling Susan, at the store, She was very dismissive, rude, and could only respond with multiple excuses as to why they didn't give us a call back and how busy they were. She would not consider modifying the bill to accommodate the unproductive time. We will still pay the full balance, as not to undermine a small business. We will, however, be going with someone else now. Not a business I would recommend returning to or using in the future. Not professional.

But Phil is nothing but a scammer, he will take advantage of you in a heartbeat. Buy the way he will only accept cash; this is a sign. He will take on a job within hours only to reel you in, don't take the bait! Phil picked up our tub took it to his home shop for inspection and it was ready to deliver. Tub didn't show up as communicated that it would arrive. Three days later it needed a pump, and then a day later it require a second pump; to the tune of $500 per pump and $300 installation plus shop fee and delivery of $400. Needless to say we decided to take the tub back as it was delivered with supposedly rusted bad pumps. The tub shows up (cash only before it goes over the curb) and the head rest cushions are all missing (very queer), the main board cover floating around and I'm yet to find out what else was manipulated. Recommend to stay away from Coeur d Alene Spa's & Hot tub.
