It's concerning when they charge you for a new light fixture in the pool, that was never replaced, still cracked and broken. Makes you question what other services they said they did??? BEWARE In response to your response: This be very clear. You were to replace a broken light. I was promised a new light fixture that works. I'm aware of your door hanger and your multiple attempts to collect monies not owed to you. I consider this harrassment. I have reached out, left voicemails and letters. Just because you come out to a property and turn on a switch doesn't make me responsible for your lack of judgement. No diagnosis was needed. You were aware of what needed to be done. Side note, there is no iaqualink panel inside. It's obvious your company lacks experience with my equipment. I had to get my heater running because your techs didn't get it up and running for the season. Hmmmm, maybe I should have gotten a discount on my spring pool opening. I have nothing more to say to you or your company. I've spread and will continue to spread the word of what your company is about.
