We purchased our hot tub from Northwest Spa & Pool, it was delivered & set sometime around Christmas of 2017, it was still under warranty so the service call cost us nothing! This is our second Jacuzzi hot tub in 16 years, I can only think of 3 problems over all those years + we have had incredible service both here in Spokane & Elko Nevada. Jacuzzi's are that well made & nothing moves water like it! If your looking for hot tub, buy a Jacuzzi. If your in the Inland Empire buy from Northwest Spa & Pool. I apologize for not remembering names here, but the owners son was who helped me primarily. The service was excellent and I decided to pull the trigger several days later, they even let me have the floor model I fell in love with. The main thing I was dreading was the added expense of the installation, for some reason. Well the owner came out and delivered/installed it himself for next to nothing, I was blown away! The hot tub is still running strong, but if I ever have any issues with it I will not hesitate to call, knowing they'll get me taken care of.
