I apologize for not remembering names here, but the owners son was who helped me primarily. The service was excellent and I decided to pull the trigger several days later, they even let me have the floor model I fell in love with. The main thing I was dreading was the added expense of the installation, for some reason. Well the owner came out and delivered/installed it himself for next to nothing, I was blown away! The hot tub is still running strong, but if I ever have any issues with it I will not hesitate to call, knowing they'll get me taken care of.

Quality Spas was neither of those things. The prices were very reasonable and their stock was readily available. The service I received was very good. Isaac and Cherie have a very upbeat vibe, kind demeanor, and they ALWAYS met my calls and visits with a friendly can-do-it smile/attitude. I went in on more than one occasion to ask questions, ask questions again and then finally to buy! Jeff, the owner is very congenial and easy to work with. He has a positive attitude and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Conversely, he was not high pressure, and he allowed me to make the decision in my own time and in my own way. I did purchase a hot tub and it's been up and running for 3 months now (and we LOVE it!). The delivery team was efficient and easy to work with. They helped me finish out the leveling of my gravel so it would sit just right. The hot tub came together with no issues and I was given a lovely chemical starter package to get the whole affair off and running! I recently needed to buy product, so I started doing a comparison of prices online. I thought I might find the best prices online, but things were pretty expensive. I figured that Quality Spa would have chemicals but that they would be priced high, as that's what I'm used to in specialty stores. To my surprise, they were below the price of anything I could find online! Isaac took time to go over each chemical with me and explain best approaches to balancing the chemicals in my hot tub as well as to troubleshoot the things I had been noticing with my water. He was very well versed. Cherie introduced me to some fun spa-safe crystals that I am now using for a little bit of aroma therapy. I am very pleased that I chose Quality Spas for my purchase.

We have Pool World come in every summer to vacuum, scrub, balance chemicals, and so forth so we can use it. Two weeks after that service this year, the silt was so heavy on the pool floor, both in the shallow and the deep end, that we were reluctant to swim and stir up the stuff. I called Pool World and asked for a complimentary service visit to make it right. No way, the manager Brenda told me. She would not budge. I will be shopping for a different pool service in the years to come.

That being said my pool and tub run seamlessly and look and smell great. Always available for free water testing. I now just bring in water to chat with the staff that have become friend due to the hard work in customers service for me. We are happy with the final product but it took 6+ months of dealing with faulty trim work and poor…read moreinstallation. Installers left a 5 foot section of pipe on our two story roof. Luckily we noticed it when an electrician came to do some work. That could have hurt someone or damaged our solar panels. First installer put broken decorative logs in the fireplace. He set them in there in a way to hide the broken ends. Noticed when I opened to rearrange. First installer scratched the trim piece. Second person attempted a quick fix with spray paint that didn't match. Ordered second trim kit that came scratched. Ordered third trim kit that came bent. 4th trim kit wasn't scratched and we installed ourselves. Customer service never called us back. We had to call to check to see if trim kit had arrived every time. The good news is the final product works well and we love how it looks.

We were sincerely interested and decided to move forward with possibly purchasing a 2 person spa. Now keep in mind that all the sales mention Spa's starting at $2995. Everything is an add on and of course we got the talk about how the sales price can end tomorrow, which was fine. My husband and I decided to move forward and completed the sale paperwork. We decided on possibly financing it but had to wait for a decision from the company on terms etc until Monday. Over the weekend we did some additional research and the reviews we found online warned about issues and the fact the parts and labor warranty was only 1 year. So we became concerned. On Monday we received a tentative finance approval but NO TERMS were listed and lots of documents such as bank statements, paystubs, etc being requested??? After my husband and I talked that same evening we decided to look around some more and find something with a little better reviews, etc. When I emailed back our concerns and that we were not going to move forward the salesperson responded unprofessionally and very snippy in stead of maybe trying to save the sale. This made our decision not to purchase a Tuff Spa. The setup is pretty unprofessional to include the location with no signs. Buyer beware.
