I went here on a random Friday as I had some time to kill. I'm a little biased towards foot massages as I'm really just trying to find cheap back massages so I could treat myself more often and even have a place to just nap or be pampered. I actually don't care for the actual foot massage. So this place to me out of the tons of reflexology places I've gone to is on the 4/10. Slightly lower than average. I'm not sure why but I also got the front desk lady who I felt like was just stepping in/boss lady. Anyways, I saw their prices and had some time to kill in Hayward so I dropped by this place as opposed to Happy Feet because they looked cheaper from yelping ($35 vs $35) as well as they could take me in. Got there thinking 60 min foot massage for $30 not bad at all. She upsold for $10 extra, upgrade it to 30 min back + 30 min foot. I did it but actually regretted this later. 30 min back meant going into a private room onto an uncomfortable table (I was distracted thinking why am I not liking this!!), took off shirt and bra but not pants and laid down. Massage was just okay. She used her forearm most of the time. Scratchy cheap towels didn't help either. I couldn't get into it for some reason. 30 min later, went outside to the common area to do the foot massage and liked that more. She still did the face, head, arms, neck so the actual foot part was like maybe 15 minutes which I liked. It was more relaxing outside. She also got irritated by someone's phone going off and stopped several times until she finally got up and walked over there. I heard some mandarin between her and someone else and then a few minutes later came back. She also wasn't gentle in the little aspects. I was scared she was gonna crack my neck when turning it to the side. Like flop this and throw towel onto face not gently. It's the little things and believe me, I've been to many and I'm not picky. So I'm giving this a 4 star because I felt like it was clean and not bad and would recommend, but I will save$10 next time and just do 60 min foot massage. However, I think I just got the wrong lady that day and it wasn't like she was rude so I can't give a lower star review. Okay, done. read more

BTW, Michele said that they have completely abolished the $1 charge for credit cards. I was recommended to visit for the one hour foot thing for $25 but I was greedy and wanted more. I spent $70 and was thrilled. I was there for 2.5 hours. Granted, some of the time I was "sleeping." After all my treatment was done, Misha approached me and said "sleepy, sleepy." while covering me with a blanket. About a half hour later I had to pee so I took care of that. I asked Michele at the front counter what happened and she told me Misha thought I wanted to sleep and I told her that I though Misha was telling me to sleep. While the shop was busy when I went in, it was empty while I was taking my nap. If you guys are looking for a happy ending look somewhere else! This is a nice, clean and legit place. I will say they do have white lint balls on the red carpet, but I am sure that they are removed daily with a vacuum. When you get a full body massage they use so many towels, some for covering you , then hot towel rubs and hot compresses, oooh divine. Anyway, this Splendid Foot is great for a relaxing feel good massage. While Michele speaks English wonderfully, Misha and the others speak very little English. Michele is good and translating if it is really necessary. I was very happy with my massage. Misha completely understood HARD, HARDER, SOFT, SOFTER, GOOD,OK, and I am sure she knows the universal "ow" which I never had to use. Hand gestures work great too. The $25 one hour foot massage is excellent. I actually found the luxurious chairs in which they do it even more comfortable than the massage table. They also do the praying mantis looking neck and back massage chair too. The foot bath is done in a wooden tub lined with a plastic bag which they throw away so there is zero contamination like you would have in a communal foot spa thing. I love this place and will be a regular. The only thing that would make it better is if communication were easier, but then surely they wouldn't be as inexpensive as they are. I hope anyone that visits will have as wonderful an experience as I did. Walk-ins okay, but I like making an appointment so I don;t have to wait. read more

Went in with a groupon coupon. Combo deal body and foot for 80 min total. Pros: cheap , easy to schedule, masseuse listens to you ( mostly sign language). Cons: communication issues- language barrier, poor hygiene- I got fresh towels for full body only upon request, cheap oil/lotion used for massage, masseuse didn't seem like a licensed therapist at all and had no clue of what she was doing. I asked her to use my oil instead of the shady lotion she was applying and she still used her lotion on my feet. Her moves felt like pokes into my shoulders at times. In short, I didn' t feel like I had a massage done afterwards. On top of that, she would not accept anything less than 20 percent tip and refused to take the money otherwise. Overall, this massage was not worth the money or time for me and wouldn't go again even for a free massage. read more

Made an appointment on the phone and drove over 20 minutes to get to their store..... when we arrived she said they were too busy and I needed to come back in one hour... they did not even call me to cancel....We normally love this place, however, I'm not sure if we will return..... read more

Let me start by saying that the parking lot where this place is at sucks. This does not affect their review in any way I just want to make people aware that parking is going to be a problem. The lobby is also very tacky which makes the place look shady. I had to deduct a star from them because the woman t the front desk barely speaks English. She came to this country and chose not to learn English and then she is going to have the gall to be rude to us because she does not understand what we are saying cost them another star. My husband and I have never been there before so we had some questions and wanted to know if it really was $20 for an hour massage. The woman did not understand us so we had to start talking really slow and she had the nerve to tell me to be quiet. If she spoke freaking English and did not interrupt you every 5 minutes then we could have a quiet conversation. We had to haggle over the price which was BS. Don't advertise a promotion if you don't want to honor it. Once we established that it was going to be $20 for the hour because we went in before 2pm we were escorted in the back. We were put in the chair and we had to wait about 10 minutes to get our massage started which was ok because we did not have an appointment. It was worth the wait. The started out bringing these buckets of hot water for us to soak or feet in. I liked that it was hot because it stayed hot for the entire massage. They start out with your face which I felt great. I never thought it would. They do your neck, arms, hands, legs, feet and back. Well worth the $20. The room was dark and quiet. They had some scenic views on the TV and the music was nice. At the end we went to go pay and again this is part of the reason I am deducting a star. The woman in front had some issue with us using a credit card to pay. My husband pulled out the card and she goes "you don't have cash?" I'm thinking this isn't a whore house is it? Alot of people use cards. They charge a $1 fee to use your card. Whatever. Overall it was a great experience expect the woman in the front. Well worth the money. The women massaging you do push hard so if your a wimp don't go. read more

After trying a variety of foot massage parlors, I am glad we found one that is clean and near our house. $25 + $10 tip is a great deal for an hour long massage. They seem to change towels between customers which is a requirement for obvious reasons. We have been to places where you sit down and the towel is cold and damp..barf. If you have a jacket or bag, they have hooks on the side walls to hang your things during the massage. read more

My back was in need of a massage and didn't feel like driving out to Milpitas so I decided to check out this place that was much closer to home. I waited for 15 minutes and paid $25 for a foot massage (in actuality a foot soak/foot massage/light back, arm, and leg massage). The masseuse was very professional. There was a lot less chit chat here among the people that worked there than other places I've been to. They also do less of the intense acupressure stuff. I will definitely be back. Even though it's $5 more than I would pay, the location and the ambiance is worth it. $25.00 for an hour is still a steal. read more

I went in for a $25 foot massage. The massage was pretty awesome - standard reflexology process - feet immersed in warm water, followed by a gentle head and shoulder massage, deep dive into feet and then a whole body knot breaking massage. I liked the fact that the intensity of the massage was pretty good level breaking up all the knots in my feet and shoulder. The room was lit dimly and was very quiet despite having 7 other people getting massages. Turned out to be quite relaxing - I dozed off atleast 4-5 times. read more

I have been going to Splendid Feet for two years. I do a lot of activities which leave my body a lot of tension and injuries at times. But no problem, my massage therapist helps me to release the tension and recover from these injuries. Last year, I had a MCL injury on my left knee from skiing, but I got better after a few treatments even without going to see a physical therapist. I highly recommend Splendid Feet Massage. read more

I just came back for the second time and saw Misha again. As always, Misha delivered an AMAZING massage which actually went a little bit over one hour (1 hour, 15 minutes). This time, instead of getting the full-body massage I got the $25 massage. Last time, I mentioned that there was some confusion about whether I got the $40 or the $25 massage. The owners were very apologetic and had already read my review online. As such, they gave me a discount on the massage that I got tonight. It is refreshing to see that the owners monitor these yelp reviews and work to please their customers and improve their service. I went late on Sunday night and it was really a great way to unwind. I live much closer to Happy Feet in Mountain View, but I choose to go to Splendid Feet on Grant Road because the customer service and the overall massage quality is better. I highly recommend Misha. She doesn't speak much English, so if you speak Chinese it helps a lot :). Thank you so much to the owners for a great experience tonight. read more

If I wrote this review based on the quality of the massage only, I'd give Splendid Feet three stars. I went for the "foot massage", and unfortunately only about 10-15 minutes was spent on my feet! The rest of the time was focused on my legs, back, arms, etc. That said, it was a pretty relaxing experience, a very clean environment, and a decent massage. Three stars... BUT, then I walked out the door, well massaged and relaxed and remembered that I only had to pay $25 for a full hour of massage. If that isn't a reason to bump the rating up by a star, I don't know what is. So, overall, a decent massage at an *outstanding* price. I'll be back again because the value is so fabulous for the foot massage. Next time I'll just make sure to ask for a little more reflexology... read more

Massage for a good price. I got the combination, $40 60 minute foot and body massage. Body massage: I was directed to a room, and the host didn't say anything so I wasnt exactly sure what to do. In this massage place, you do not undress. When my masseuse came, she used her elbow the whole time and it was painful in some areas that it was pretty much impossible to relax. But luckily, I love painful massages, so I didn't mind that. Foot Massage: The foot massage is done outside. They start with the head massage, and arm massage while your feet are soaking in warm water. The warm water was at the perfect temperature and felt super relaxing. The foot massage was average. Not great, not bad, but it was like she was just rubbing my foot and not really putting much pressure. At the end, they really do ask you to tip. Almost pressuring you, but they are probably really underpaid so I tipped $5. Overall, an OK experience for a super affordable price. read more

Went in about two weeks ago, and while the massage itself was great (with a lady I've never had before) she kept talking to the lady doing my friend's massage! The point of coming in is to relax for an hour, not to hear chit chat whispers. If the massage was not focused on me, could've easily been a five star experience. read more

The best massage place in the South Bay! Kevin gives strong , detailed and very relaxing massages! Highly recommend this place .

I come here because it's cheap, not because it's good. They have special deals and packages that aren't always published. I think they're nicer to you if you speak Chinese or if you are a good looking guy (like my fiance... seriously... ) It's the same as every other foot massage place in the South Bay - same set up, same cost, same massage. The massages themselves are extremely hit or miss. My friend (whose mom is a masseuse) told me that a good masseuse shouldn't make the massage feel ticklish. Sometimes I felt like I was tickled to the point I wanted to pee. Sometimes I felt reflaxed. Sometimes they seemed to massage everything but my points of tension. Sometimes they find my points of tension. Hit or miss. We got a packaged deal for ten {1/2 hour massage and 1/2 hour foot massage} for $350. It was okay, but I think I would prefer to get a excellent massage someplace else for a little more. But if I just want something basic and bleh, I'll come here. Why not... read more

I got a 1/2 hour body 1/2 hour foot massage for $40...good deal. just your regular chinese owned massage place. they have separate "stalls" (rooms with curtained entrances...just big enough for a massage table and the masseuse to walk around it) for body massages. quality is expected. nothing out of the ordinary, not terrible. I went coz I was suffering from "severely" tired shoulders, though my masseuse didn't spend as much time on my shoulders as i wanted him to, even after i told him to do so. oh well... Would return when in the area and when in need of a massage :) read more

I mentioned yelp and got an hours massage (1/2 hour body, 1/2 hour feet) for $40. Was exactly an hour but it was very good. They dont have choices for foot massage (what herbs you want to use, or what kind of massage). But it was good, I almost fell asleep! The body massage was fabulous! I was aching really bad and when I left, my body was happy and supple. He took care of all the spots I told him and did a very good job. I am definitely going again! read more

Unfortunately I feel obligated to write this review tonight. This business and it's service providers are unprofessional, uncaring about their service and a total waist of money . They will take walk ins or ask you to come back in an hour or so, knowing they don't have enough staff on hand and so they keep moving around between clients. An hour massage ends up being about 45 minutes with different people going back and forth trying to massage you. They are also quite rude and unfriendly, so I will not go back to this place again. I also watched them reusing towels , really????? not good. read more

I'm torn about writing this review. On the one hand my wife and I went here for 1 hour foot/body massages as a treat after completing all the rework on our house to get it ready to rent out. The staff were friendly and very proffessional and the massage was excellent. We came out in a healing blissful daze and ended up giving the massouse twice the tip we origonally planned. And because the prices are so low, we still got a bargain. The massage was better than many I've received at more mainstream facilities charging twice the price. On the other hand, if I give them a good review, more people will start using them and I'll have a harder time getting a reservation when I need one..... read more

The only reason I am giving this 3 stars and not 4 stars is that it is not better than the $20 massage I get elsewhere, i.e. not worth 25% more. These massages are still a great deal when compared to places that charge $60-70. You can get a $20 massage here but only during certain hours on certain days. I have no problem with the lack of ambiance at these places, I'm not expecting my own private experience for this price but my personal opinion is that I prefer the places that are a little darker. I find the dark relaxing. read more

I was searching around on Yelp to find a good foot massage place in the Los Altos area. I have already been to Foot Envy and wanted to try a new place. I came upon the good reviews of Splendid Feet so I decided to give it a try. I walked in without an appointment on a Monday late afternoon. I went with the $40 1/2 foot, 1/2 body massage special. Since I didn't have an appointment I had to wait about 10 minutes in the room before someone came, which I wasn't surprised about. The body massage was great. I remembered that the many of the Yelpers mentioned Misha and how great she was so I asked the woman who was working on me her name, and it was Misha! I said to myself, "I knew it!". So after the body massage I put my clothes back on and went into the main room for my foot massage. She massaged my face and head while my feet soaked in the water. Now normally I'm not comfortable about masseuses touching my head/hair/face but I didn't say anything. The foot massage was very relaxing. I watched the big screen tv that was showing some sort of travel channel type show which was very interesting lol. Overall I really enjoyed my experience at Splendid Feet and will go back definetly. The price is great and you really get a lot for a cheap price espeically in comparison to the many high end expensive spas in the Peninsula area. The only negative things I would say is that one, the private rooms that the full body massages are done in are kind of run down and not a very pleasant sight, but at the end of the day I was there for a massage not to stare at the decor, so I got over it. The second negative thing is the $1 charge for credit cards. Some previous Yelpers said they abolished the charge but it's not true. It's only a dollar, no big deal, but it's illegal though. read more

I like them. This is my go to foot massage place. It's close to my house and they will try their best to accommodate. Last time I call them so late that they actually called their masseuse back to help us us. My husband normally get full body massage and I would do the foot. The foot massage also massage the full body and that's enough for me. Whereas my husband stressed from work, need his back and neck worked on more. They will do whatever you ask. If you want it heavy pressure, they will, light pressure they will too. Just ask ahead of time. read more

I went back recently when I was in town for a visit, and this place is still as good as ever. I got a full-body massage and the masseuse was excellent and extremely professional, though there was a significant language barrier. Highly recommend the full-body massage if you want a quieter experience and lotion, but the foot/body massage in their large open room is also a great experience and an exceptional value. read more

These foot massage places seem to be popping up everywhere, I first saw one like this in China. It's not a bad deal $25 and basically they give you a full body massage. Because these people are massaging your spine, neck etc, It is relaxing and you can't go wrong for the price. The place seems clean. I totally agree with the other reviewer who was annoyed that the person working on her kept answering phone, same thing happened to us, that is unprofessional. Next time I will ask for a massage therapist who will not be responsible for phone or walk-ins. read more

You cannot get a massage like this for the price anywhere else!!!! I go practically every week (I travel every week for work and need it) and wish I could go every day. I usually get an hour body and ALWAYS ask for Misha! She is the best in my opinion and always gives me a little extra time. Everyone there is very friendly and professional - and very attentive. The BEST!!! read more

There is nothing more I would expect from foot massage. I walked in and was promptly greeted and started the massage in less than 5 minutes. The masseuse was great. The place is quiet and clean with soothing music. The foot massage is for full body and it even felt like it lasted longer than 1 hour. The price is pretty reasonable, $30 for an hour of massage. Most importantly, it helped clear my intense headache. When I am done, the symptom was completely gone. Thank you! I will be back. read more

Pros: 1. $25/1 hour foot and body massage 2. You walk into a lobby and there is a door separating the lobby from the massage area so you are somewhat shielded from the noise outside 3. Nice decor on the inside, two big baskets of flowers on a shelf, tv with pretty pics showing, lobby had a really interesting hanging lamp 4. They provide hooks for you to hang your bag/jacket Cons: 1. The massage tables are apparently on wheels or casters. For the back massage part my masseuse ended up pushing the top half of the "table" so imagine my surprise when my head/shoulders were under stressed and somewhat separated from my body... not sure why the tables would be three parts? Anyways, that was weird. 2. I think a guy who worked there was having a conversation with the woman behind the counter in the lobby... really loudly. There was no effort to lower his voice. 3. The massage itself was OK. The foot/arm portion was good but the back portion upper back she used her elbows and it hurt. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This was the worst massage I have ever received. I called ahead to see if they were available to see me and my girlfriend and the lady who answered said yes to come in. When I got there the receptionist asked if we could pay before going in, I agreed.. she went on to ask if we could also tip before heading in as well and I hesitantly agreed. I went ahead and put a tip on the receipt and the lady asked for more!! (This should have been my first hint to how horrible this was going to end up). I went ahead and added a couple extra bucks. When they took us to the back we practically got ignored because the 2 masseuses and the receptionist were having a conversation in their own language. I sat there staring at them for a good 5 minutes until they realized people were watching. They finally came over and put a pillow down and told me to lay down. (My girlfriend was already laying down) I lifted my head again because the conversation had continued and I wanted to see what was taking so long to start. When I put my head up I see my girlfriends face getting pushed down into her pillow and another lady throwing money on her I watched them for another 2 minutes then a masseuse came to me and apologized then started my massage. Needless to say the massage was a hard 0. There were many times I thought about stopping her during my massage but didn't. I paid for an hour massage but all in all the massage was roughly around 40 minutes since they would take long breaks in between to grab "more towels." At one point there was no one massaging me for about 5 minutes.. In the end our 2 masseuses literally ran out to their cars to go home (it was 9:40 and this place closes at 10). I stood at the front desk waiting to speak with someone, my masseuse came back in from her car extremely annoyed. I asked to speak to a manager because I was horrified by the terrible service we received, she rudely told me to call the number on the card. I asked her for my receipt back so I can change my tip to a deserving 0 dollars, the lady reluctantly gave it back to me and then tried to snatch it back from me. I explained to her why I was changing my tip and told her they shouldn't ask people to write their tip in before hand if they weren't going to work hard to earn it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. read more

I got to foot massages all the time and this one could be okay but my person was awful!!! I got the combo massage. She was laughing during the feet portion and left several times. I was then move to a room for back shoulder portion. I have bruises and soreness today. Her elbows dug into me and really hurt. Place is clean and decent but there are plenty of other places that do a better job. The pain today is not worth it. read more

This isn't my first rodeo, nor first Chinese owned foot massage place but this place ranks rock bottom. The first male I had no strength or touch at all to his routine. They swapped him for a woman who was even worse. When I said "that's enough" and said I'm leaving they insisted I pay half. I said that's fine, for your time I'm willing to do that but this place is a straight joke. I've never been so upset and mad. I speak Chinese and they pretended to not know what I'm saying in both English and Mandarin. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I've had stellar experiences from SoCal to NorCal at these places. This place is top 3 WORST. read more

I loved my massage from Monica. She kept asking if it was ok if I needed it to be softer or harder. Which was nice because sometimes you don't want to say something. It was perfect. The only thing I'll say is I paid for a combo because I didn't know the 1 hour foot was full body. But I enjoyed my massage and would go again. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My girlfriend and I called ahead and arrived around 8:30 - they don't close until 10. The receptionist asked us to pay first (including the tip) before we got our massages. She then handed us our receipt back and said our tip was too small...what? How about we get our massages first and then decide what tip is deserved! When our massages were supposed to be starting they were counting money right over our heads as we were laying face down waiting. My girlfriend lifted her head to see what was going on and said they had placed a handful of ones on my back while counting the money as I was laying face down. When I lifted my head the woman pushed it back down with her hand! Once the massages started they continued to talk and laugh amongst each other for the entire first half of our time, UNTIL an Asian couple came in to get massages - then they were quiet. The massage itself was horrible...there was no pressure whatsoever and I felt like I was just paying for lotion to be applied to my body. There were elongated periods of time where I wasn't being massaged as well - whether she was on her phone or taking a very long time in the back to grab another towel, I don't know. When she did walk back over with a towel to dry my feet off she threw it on my lap before taking my feet out of the water. Our massages ended in less than 60 minutes and both of our masseuses ran to their cars to leave before we left...it was still 9:40 at this time and the two other people that were in there were still getting their massages. We then asked to speak to the manager but they weren't there and the woman was very rude and told us to call the number on the business card if we have a problem. My girlfriend then asked for our receipt back so we could change our tip to $0 and she very reluctantly handed it back but then tried to snatch it from her again before she could change the amount. Are you kidding me?! This place should be shut down! read more

My practitioner was a lovely Chinese Lady named Misha. I had the $40 30min foot/30min body massage but think it actually went longer. The lady was very professional and nice, and I think the $20 tip I left her was totally appropriate. She worked hard and I slept sooooooo well that night! It's a plus if you speak Mandarin, btw. I want to try to go back during their $20 deal days- now that's a deal. **Just want a nurse needs after a 12 hour shift!!! read more

This place is exactly what I expected. I've been going to a Chinese Foot Massage place for a while in San Jose that I love, and was looking for something similar near home. For $40 I got a 30 minutes full body massage and a $30 foot massage. I got my massage outside, where all the massage tables are, but was offered a private room if I wanted to. This is an improvement from my favorite place in San Jose. My therapist was nice. She put enough pressure. Some tips: - English is very limited. That is a fact at most of these foot massage places. - Wear very comfortable yoga clothes so that they can massage better. You are never unclothed when in the room outside so comfortable clothes are key. - Bring your own oil or cream if you are picky about that. - They put your feet in warm water before the foot massage, and that really nice. - This is not a spa. If you are expecting the whole candles, privacy, smooth music experience, this is the wrong place. This is a great place for a relaxing, good enough, no fuss massage at a great price. - It's getting expensive though. I remember when I paid only $20 plus tip. read more

Worst massage I've ever received. My masseuse thought it would be a good idea to vigorously twist handfuls of skin on my shoulders and back over and over as hard as possible. I never knew that a massage could be both extremely painful and yet not deep at all. My skin stung for days afterwards. read more

This place has me addicted to getting a foot massage twice a week now ! I have nothing but praise for the owner and the staff. They are the nicest folks and treat you with utmost care and respect. There are a lot of reviews here begrudging the tip expectation. While the customer is always right at the end of the day, I will play the devil's advocate to point out that the staff works really hard and sincerely the entire 60 minutes. Just because the base price is so low to begin with for a 1-hour massage, the typical 15% tip calculation does not really do justice to the effort expended by the staff on such a personal service. Personally, I appreciate the fact that they continue to keep the base price fairly low, given the fact that the Mountain View location costs more to operate. Now about the staff. I have tried most of them one by one and settled on the one that worked out the best for me in terms of the right amount of pressure in the right spots. I will admit that I did google some Chinese words for massage terminology, which made things easier. In any case, you can still say upfront what you need, and one of them that knows English will make sure your masseuse understands your requirements. If you are going to be a regular, make sure you try out all of them, because each one has variations in technique. Overall, I love this place, and I look forward to getting there after work. It helps me unwind for the next 3 days. Most of my upper back/neck issues have resolved. Just the best therapy I was missing for the longest time. God Bless ! read more

I just went yesterday for an hour long combo foot and body massage. Being a New Year's Day Sunday, I had a hard time finding a massage. I generally don't like Chinese foot massage places but this one was surprisingly serene and clean. I was taken to a room first for my clothed body massage. I asked for strong pressure and that is what I got. While the masseuse was working on my back, I had to time my breathing so I could get some air before he pushed it all out again. He did a thorough job of getting all around my shoulders, which is the area that I asked him to focus on, and by the end I felt wonderfully relaxed. After my half hour body massage was finished, I was asked to go outside for the foot massage. The temperature of the water was good and my face massage was great. They cover you with a big towel too to make sure you don't get cold while laying there which I greatly appreciated. Foot massage was nice but I did like my body massage better. In all though, $40 for an hour and feeling so much more relaxed than I did before I walked in the door, it was so worth every dollar. Just FYI, this is a Chinese foot massage parlor. It's right next to the Ranch 99 and is only $25 for an hour for a foot massage so know what you're getting in to before you complain about them not speaking English well. And if you're too cheap to even tip $5 for and hour's worth of labor of rubbing your feet, then maybe you should stay home and rub them yourself. read more

These people lack personal and customer service skills.. they talk to each other thru the entire massage.. (in their language) the last time I was there I had a few friends with me and one of them was not happy with either services so she decided a tip was not earned and as she walked out the lady that had performed the massage started screaming at her and waving her hands in my friends face as of to want to hit her!! Like wtf!! You can't demand a damn tip!! The service you rendered is paid and anything outside that is a tip if earned!! Don't demand shit!!! It was a cold and rainy day and I had been stressed all week (from work and school). The spa I usually go to was booked all weekend so I quickly ran to Yelp to help me get my much needed massage. I discovered the Yelp $40 special for this place and made a friend immediately come with me. Like the review posted by our fellow Yelp friend below, it was definitely a "steal"! The place did not look appealing from the outside, but it was nicely decorated and clean on the inside. During the foot massage, you get to sit in a huge black, nice comfortable chair, watch some scenic traveling channel, and listen to relaxing zen music. Then, my masseuse (eek! I forgot the guy's name), took me to another room and ended up being very good with the full body massage portion of the session. The best part is that they wipe you down with a warm clean towel at the end, so you don't feel icky with the oils when you leave. This place is convenient for spontaneous walk-ins and last minute appointments. The staff is very friendly. The entire session was actually 80 minutes. In my opinion, the membership prices (where they sell sessions in packages) could be cheaper. =D read more
