First time in last night. Had the Berliner wrap and husband had the zesty wrap. Both were ridiculously delicious. The street cart fries were next level. Think carne Assada fries but Mediterranean style. Aside from the great food, the service was 10/10. What we found refreshing was the manager. He took a real interest in his customers. Literally spent five min with us reviewing the menu and making recommendations after learning it was our first time in. Noticed we grabbed Siracha and brought out their homemade hot sauces and suggested we try them before the Siracha (so much better!). His attention to detail made the meal even that much better. The good did taste good but I would still choose Pita Kitchen over Spitz based on the quality and quantity of the food.

My first time there, didn't know what to expect. I agree with the hip hop vibe, colorful art, very friendly (and patient!) staff. I had a hard time deciding on my order because it's not what I consider traditional Mediterranean food - kinda like Asian fusion isn't exactly Asian. I ordered the large Greek salad off the Sides menu. LOTS of ingredients I didn't expect but were very good. Especially loved the baked (?) garbanzo beans and crispy pita strips. Pepperoncini was a lovely touch, and I adored the pita pieces with tzatziki and balsamic sauce - was pleasantly surprised that those pita slices had sugar on them, barely enough to notice, just "there." For the fact I didn't really care for the food, I easily would have given 5 stars. It just wasn't to my taste. read more

Just tried Spitz with my parents and will definitely be coming back . I love the ambiance and vibe of the place. The person that took our order, CJ, was amazing. He was genuine and seemed very happy to give recommendations. My food was very hearty and my stomach felt full and good after eating. We got the Street Cart fries after CJs recommendation and will definitely be ordering next time. The wings my parents ate were crispy and filling. They also have a good music playlist! read more

Lots of seating inside and out, great music playing. Lots of board games which is concerning knowing the bathrooms were out of order. I'm not sure how anyone was washing their hands around there which was brought to my attention after we already stared eating our food. For a wrap, fries, and drink it's about $20 per person. The food looked delicious and tasted good at first bite (the meat was a little dry), however for some reason my wrap had a strange chemical smell to it as I ate it. I stopped eating it because it made me nauseous, however we were sitting outside and the open dumpsters that sit in front of the restaurant didn't help much either. The staff was very nice but my experience resulted in food poisoning last night!! I really wanted to love this place too. Mediterranean food is one of my favs, however I will not be back. read more

I love this place! Family run, excellent service. I get greeted upon entry, more times than most Jaskarn (the owner) is behind the bar and greets us with a smile and small conversation. The food is excellent, along with presentation. They have a nice selection of beer that rotates often, keeping me coming back for more. The atmosphere is calm, great place for conversation and drinks with friends. The music is never too loud and the staff interacts with customers.
