I love Spitz so much! I was in the area today & decided to stop in! The Mediterranean wrap is me absolute favorite!! I always get it with falafel. This is always my go to. I love the Kalamato olives they put in this. Make sure you don't eat the paper! My friend made this mistake once portion size is generous but It won't save though! So be aware of that. I also tried the medi bowl today. This will definitely save for a later meal. It was basically a quinoa bowl. Portion side on the bowl is decent too. I love that they offer some alcoholic drinks to choose from. I've had their street fries before, just not at this location & those are always phenomenal. Staff was great today & I got my food quickly. Everything tasted really fresh & presentation was beautiful. My only complaint is that I asked for no onions & I think I got extra onions in my medi bowl. Otherwise it was great! Highly recommend & they have several locations!! read more

This place felt a lot heavier and greasy than I was expecting for a Mediterranean place. I think if I want fried food in the future I will probably just choose a greasy burger and fries. on a long drive back to oregon from colorado we were hoping to find a wrap of some sort, came across this place on yelp and the pictures of the food looked really good online! upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the interior and general vibe of the place, really fun decor and friendly staff! Worst customer service ever! Placed a door dash order and was shorted a large sweet potato fries, which by the way is not cheap. The moron who answered the phone, either Kayla or Mia, was absolutely rude and said "either come pick it up or take the L and suck it up". I was taken aback by her rudeness and absolute lack of customer service. Who talks like that to a customer? I'm assuming she's an uneducated enabled teen who absolutely hates her job and why this establishment hires someone like her is beyond me, this is how you lose customers. To make things worse when I asked to talk to a manager her response was "don't ever come back to this location" then hung up. I hated to even leave a one star since they don't even deserve that. I've been wanting to try this place for a while! Came by to pick up a to go order for lunch one day. A few of us for the doquitos and some sweet potato fries. The restaurant was nice and clean, quite busy as well, but my order was ready! Seemed like they were efficient. My food was delicious, amazingly flavorful. I wasn't so sure about this type of food, but it really surprised me with it's abundance of flavors. I do wish they would've include another sauce for the second order of doquitos. I would have them again for sure. They were nice and crisp on the outside, the chicken was spiced really well and the sauce was really great for moisture. The cabbage stuff was good as well! The sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy and had a great taste to them. The perfect companion to my meal. It is a little expensive, more than the average lunch price. Aaaaahhhhhhmazing!!!!!!! I am so glad they now have a Draper location! This is going to be a regular for me. I am OBSESSED with the street cart fries I live adding the doner meat, but will try the chicken next time. They are amazing. I'd get these every day if I could. They are so fresh and flavorful. This time I got half regular fries and half sweet potato fries. You just can't go wrong with these. The street cart wrap is also delicious!!! Draper location is the only location I trust yo make my favorite dishes. The food is always fresh and delicious! I ordered last night and had it delivered with DoorDashed while I was babysitting my grands and put them to bed and felt like I deserved one of my most fav "doquito" and even with door dash they did not disappoint!! This place is well managed. They say they're short staffed and are apologetic about wait times but I have never felt like I waited an unreasonable amount of time for delicious and freshly prepared food. The staff is polite, genuine people. This place gets busy during lunch and dinner all week, I would expect this of a great food establishment. Format is the same as the other locations- order, pay, sit with a number and they bring you the items. Only reason for docking one star is the bathrooms. The patrons trash it and there's no way the staff has time to upkeep them during peak hours. Just wish the people using them would be more considerate. read more

Food is amazing!!! The 2 stars is not for the food, the food is always on point!! But my friend and I went Friday night and this girl with Dreadlocks was at the front taking our order and she was SO short or and rude to us! We were still thinking and talking about what we wanted and she said "do you need more time to think" and I turned around and NO One was behind us and she seemed to think she was busy?? Then it took like 20 min for our food, we went up to ask how much long and she rolled her eyes at me and said "soon, we have other orders too" like sooo rude like Then she brought our food and like threw it down at our table and she forgot our extra side of sauce and I asked nicely if she could bring it and she literally ignored me and said absolutely nothing. I have been wanting to try this place out for literally years, and their new location in Draper finally made it a lot easier to do! I went on a Friday afternoon with my husband for lunch. First impression was a fun place with a funky atmosphere. And so we got in line...and it moved. very. slow. But I had great company so whatever!! We ordered the Mediterranean Doner and the spitz street fries (half and half) with added protein because we'd been told this was the best thing on the menu. And the fries definitely were the best of the two things we got. Loaded with toppings and great flavor, BUT...I couldn't really get past the weird sensation of cold meat on hot fries. I asked a Spitz regular about this later and he said the meat should have been warm. And that would definitely have made it much better. So too bad for us, I guess? The Doner was dry. I wish I'd gone up and asked for a giant cup of tzaziki sauce but the place was busy so I just dealt but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. And that sums it up. Spitz: Not as good as I'd hoped. I'd definitely go back and try for a truly warm batch of street fries again, but otherwise I'll be trekking elsewhere for my Mediterranean fix. read more

Spitz used to cater to my office in a Draper and I always enjoyed the trays of assemble-it-yourself Greek food. Stopped in today for dinner and really enjoyed it! The staff were VERY friendly and helpful and actually seemed happy to be there. The food was VERY good. Very fresh, full of flavor and if I could rate the food alone, it gets 5 stars! However, a few points off for bathrooms in a horrendous state, a less than comfortable dining area (the same tables and benches that used to be in the Café Rio that occupied this location) are still being used in this one, the menu is a tiny printed paper on the wall and some photos, real menu signage and explanations of what you're getting would go a long way to help people who might not be familiar with Mediterranean food, navigate and order what they'd want. The interior decor is "odd", doesn't match a Mediterranean them at all, but is still cool. I was visiting Draper and this place did not disappoint. While being slightly pricey, the food and service was great. It is a cute restaurant with very fun decor. I got a gyro with lamb/beef combo and it was so tasty. The cold veggies with the flavorful beef in a fluffy Naan was a perfect combo. They have good sauces and sides too! I tried the pita side and the fries and they were both fresh and delicious. Definitely going back next time I'm in town. They have healthier options like Quinoa bowls which looked amazing. We ordered the street car fries, the Doner salad with falafel, and the Doner wrap with Lamb/beef. The drink station laid out nice and was clean. The food was delivered hot and fast. The food was excellent! The street car fries were WOW! Lots of flavor and was delicious. My wife had the salad which was packed with lots of fresh veggies and was full of flavor! My Doner wrap was a favorite! Definitely a trip to flavor town! We will go back again to eat again. One draw back for Draper, it was a bit spendy. read more
