I quickly remembered why I stopped shopping here. Their stuffed animals are cute, I guess. You can pick one out, stuff it with filling as soft or as firm as you want, dress them up, give them a heart and even record a voice to place inside. Before you leave, make sure to get a birth certificate where you can name them and even assign a date of birth. They no longer give them to you in those boxes shaped like a house, so you'll need to pay extra for one. It's not much more but I can't recall the price, and for the amount you pay for their items, it would be nice to get them for free. I like that they have seasonal and or limited edition options. Be prepared to spend at least $70 per stuffed animal with minimal accessories, which I personally don't think is worth that price tag. My kid wanted a stuffed animal that would remind their significant other of them, so ChocoCat was the pick. Their significant other likes to wear black and red checkered pajamas. Of course we had to put the cat in one too and add the basketball to the outfit since that's the sport they're in. My kid recorded a her voice for them which was an additional charge, but I couldn't say no to such a sweet message. The gift was very well received and everyone loved it.The stuffed animal really represented my kid as well as their boyfriend. It actually ended up being absolutely perfect. Even his mom squealed at how adorable and spot on the gift was. Would I go back anytime soon? Probably not, but I also wouldn't say I would never return.

I'd definitely reccommend this store to anyone who has children, or is looking for a great, unique birthday gift, or just likes to shop! I was told by my neighbor whose daughter takes dance there. The young cashiers at the front of the store are consistently kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience with some of the much older women working in the fabric section and toward the back of this particular store has been very different. I've repeatedly encountered rude and dismissive behavior when asking for basic assistance, whether it was about diamond painting supplies, friendship bracelet thread, or yarn. They often act as though helping a customer is an inconvenience. Quite frankly, there have also been several instances where I felt they were surprised or uncomfortable dealing with a non-white customer, which is especially odd considering the wide variety of people who shop at this location. What makes the contrast even more noticeable is that whenever college-aged employees are working in the back, they are friendly, approachable, and willing to help without any apparent issue. Management should consider additional customer-service and cultural-sensitivity training for the employees in these sections. No customer should feel unwelcome or treated differently simply for asking for help.

I told her what I was looking for, and after giving me the tasty free sample of the day, she guided me to the boxes that were suited for me. She pointed out the summer seasonals, and I thought that was a great choice-stop non-traditional white chocolate. I also needed a thank-you card with a note. Chloe was so sweet when I asked her to write the note in her better handwriting for me. Now, in the age of auto-suggested tipping, I was surprised that I could not leave a tip. There was no tip box and no tip option on the card reader. I was embarrassed I didn't have any cash-but who does these days? So, I promised to write a glowing review of how special her customer service was with me. Exceptional is a modest description at best. I used to own a cafe and would recruit people like Chloe to work for me when I came across them. It felt like her own shop, which showed a sense of ownership in her interactions with customers. Finally, it started to get busy, but she never rushed me out the door. She asked if I wanted the box wrapped and what paper to use. Chloe is a superstar here, and I hope she continues to shine for all the lucky people in that shopping center who stop for a sweet treat. Viva la Chloe!

When the employee got there she barely looked at me or said two words. She did ask me if I'm a part of the loyalty program, but she was not friendly at all. I am actually the one who asked how her day was, especially because it was so awkward standing there in total silence. #3. The dressing rooms were so hot, with the worst lighting and the music was so loud (I think that's where the speakers are or something). It was louder there than in the store.
