A Miniso store will morph to the store layout without making any changes to it. And they will attempt to stuff everything into a location regardless if it will fit or not. Even if they do accomplish this, that doesn't mean that you will find what you were expecting to find. Which was the case here. What I was looking for wasn't available. Actually everything I was looking for was already picked over and out of stock. Unfortunately, I don't think they restock items. I feel like they run through what they have on hand and then that's that.

There was one staff who was super friendly and helpful, but there were some who just didn't have any type of urgency and weren't delegating the lines; note that there will be some patrons who like to cut in line, which is super obnoxious. It's obvious that they put a premium on their customers' experience by hiring people who are enthusiastic to be there and help you. I've been impressed by the diversity of their associates as well, and greeted and treated equally well, no matter who the associate is. The shop has an excellent selection, with many non-Hallmark product lines as well, including boutique-type lines. Shopping there is always a relaxing and engaging experience, and it's probably the only store I go to even when I have nothing specific in mind so I can just browse to my heart's content. Bravo to the owners, managers and sales associates for making this such a terrific store and keeping it that way for so long. I hope it never changes.
