Tonight my friends and I ate at spin pizza. We got to have such a lovely waiter named mallory. My friends and I loved our experience!

The pizzas are good! I love the gluten free crust better than the regular crust. The white pizzas are my fave! But they have a lot to choose from. Salads, sandwiches, soups. They even have vegan cheese for my lactose intolerant niece. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the wait staff. Spin Pizza is one of our favorites. We have been going to the Olathe location. Love the atmosphere, and the food. We like to sit at the bar, it's slightly more private, we can see the pizza being made, have fast service, and everything is great! When we heard a Spin was opening in Lenexa, we were excited, because the location is much closer. The food is the same, but for us it was a huge let down not to have a bar! The bar in Olathe is a great customer experience, and we were looking forward to having the same intimate experience in Lenexa! The night we were there, most of the seating available was at a long family style table, where you were sitting next to people and their little children, and unable to have a quite glass of wine without a major distraction at your elbow or in your ears. We ended up sitting outside, but the two stars reflects the small space, and poor planning by the person who designed the new location, not the food. Revised on 9/4/2012 I just ate at Spin and they now have a bar! I'm a happy camper, and changed my rating to a 5 star location. I look forward to eating at the bar soon. read more

Spin Pizza is a family favorite for us. We enjoy the variety of toppings, quality pizza and salads. Even during the COVID-19 restrictions, Spin Pizza had their curbside service down to a science and were still providing good quality food. Spin has great food and a great atmosphere. I'm giving them five stars because we arrived with a group and after eating I packed a to go box with my leftover pizza and left it on the table to treat my son to some of their delicious gelato (peanut butter cup is Delish). Our group was still there so we went outside to enjoy our sweet treat and the gorgeous weather. While we were outside with another member of our group, the rest of the party left. Upon coming back inside I was so sad to see my to go box had been cleared from the table. When I inquired about it, they had tossed it already but made me an entire other pizza to go without me having to ask for anything. Incredible service! read more

We have been to this spin Pizza numerous times. Pizza is always very good. Like choice of salads, which are also very good. Tonight my husband's pizza as well as mine, were both slightly burned, just past a crispy crust. I don't understand why employees think it is ok to cook and deliver food that is noticeably burned on the top and Bottom crust. If in doubt, don't serve. I don't like to complain in the restaurant, afraid of retaliation from the cook or waitress. read more

Finally, a Spin Pizza close to work! I love this place. The pizza is awesome and so is the salad. I usually get the lunch special - Pizza Mia - with a margarita pizza and a Sonoma salad. It's delicious. I've had their panini's before too. They are good, but not quite as good as the pizza. Oh, and tried the hummus for the first time the other day, that was surprisingly good too. I'm usually not a fan. I do have one complaint about my last visit at this location, and I don't think it's typical of the other Spins, hoping it's just because the staff is new there... but a co-worker of mine ordered a pizza with chicken. They forgot the chicken and instead of baking a new one or even adding chicken and re-baking the original...they just threw the chicken on top of it. This was my first visit to any Spin Pizza location. The restaurant was nice and clean while the service was fantastic. They had plenty of people on staff, making sure everyone was taken care of. The menu is varied and their drinks include beer and wine selections. They even have a decent gelato selection, if you're into dessert. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which comes in their standard 12" size (there is a 6" option that comes with a half salad). The crust was delicious, the sauce to cheese ratio was solid and the pepperoni was flavorful. The pizza was greasy, which is just what I like but I know some don't. I would definitely recommend this place and location and will hopefully try a different pizza from them soon. read more

I love this place. Nice atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating. Great pizza selections. Gluten free and whole wheat crust as well as the normal "plain" crust. The menu also includes salads, soups and gelato! 3 different sangrias, a nice wine and beer selection. The servers are fun and very efficient. Spin is a little cookie cutterish for how much pub it gets, for a order at the counter place, the beer selection is primo. Spicy beef sando is ok, but the pizza is really what you want stick with.. I've eaten at this Spin location three or four times and have enjoyed the experience. I find the outdoor seating more to my liking, mainly due to the reduced noise level. The staff is average, but as usual this varies from server to server. To date I would say that one of my favorite meals is the Mini Mia with a Primavera pie and spinach salad on the side - quite tasty. read more

We tried Spin for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff was super friendly. The pizza wasn't bad but nothing to write home about. I made my own with chicken and veggies. I do like that you can make the pizza to your liking with a lot of choices and can choose an individual pizza. Their minestrone soup was really good and they have happy hours for wine etc and they gave you a good amount. Price is good for what you get. read more
