We had many options, vegan and meatish, and tried almost all of them between us. Real standouts were Butter Chicken, Goat Curry, Cabbage with peas (which was way more spicy and flavorful than its name implies), and garlic naan. The absolute star, though, was the Saag Paneer, which was the single best version of this dish we have ever eaten. The dining room is spacious and well decorated, our booth was cozy and comfortable, the high backs giving a sense of privacy in the dining, and the noise level was low enough that we could actually have a conversation. This is one absolute advantage of the older building over more modern design. The staff were pleasant and helpful across the board, and just to round out the review, the bathrooms were spotless and classy to the point of lavish. This is definitely a restaurant worth coming for a sit-down-take-your-time dinner. We will absolutely return.

On this particular visit, the kids decided to join us, making it a party of 4. There is plenty of room surrounding the restaurant to park. We met at their opening time of 5 pm. We were seated right away and drink orders were taken. There's a few levels of seating in the restaurant. We were seated upstairs. The restrooms are located downstairs, which were clean and stocked. We decided to order 3 dishes to share between the 4 of us: Saag Paneer, Murg Tikka Makhani, and a Lamb dish that I didn't catch the name of. We also ordered a few orders of garlic naan bread. The food came out and we all dished up. I noticed that 3 orders weren't enough, so we asked for another serving of Murg Tikka Makhani. Everything was so flavorful and delightful. We splurged on some dessert: Mango Custard and Gulab Jamun. We left with a small container of Murg Tikka Makhani. Service was top notch. All wait staff were attentive to our needs. This place will remain on our regular rotation list.

I'm working with an old partner, Paul S, the King of New Mexican cuisine. His first choice for me is called KūKri. The food is tremendous. Take their KūKri chicken sandwich. The chicken is moist with the exact breading for a great crunch. The sauce is very spicy even though I went with the recommended medium spice. The slaw was too sweet; what I did was alternate bites between the hot chicken and the slaw. Worked perfectly. Pro Tip: Unless you like it insanely hot, pick one level less than they advise. Their scale of spice is a couple notches hotter than I am used to. The service was quick and flawless. The server very informative. If you can't handle spice, I'd suggest a lower level. Everything was good and would easily try them again!
