    Both were great!

We were welcomed with a smile and cheerful smile. Our waitress explained the menu choices we had never had before. The Michigangster in us were unfamiliar with Chicharron Chilaquiles and Barbacoa chilaquiles. Both were delicious. I recommend this place highly.

Well I was expecting more. The flutas was a rolled taco with a corn shells instead of the flour like a traditional one. The place is clean. The service was fast because we were the only ones in the place at 12:30pm. Unfortunately the food is bland for Mexican food. Well I'm not impressed with everything but maybe you might find it good. I don't have much to say other than the people are nice.

When I walked in Cielito Linda was playing and the chef was singing from the kitchen. Bravo! I am in the right place. Just the lunch I was looking for!

We've been to Rosie's twice since it's opening. Extremely thankful that this family opened a restaurant that is open on the weekends in Grants! That may sound odd but if you live in Grants, you know, folks can close on the weekends. What we loved(non-food): the staff was so friendly and welcoming, restaurant was clean and brightly decorated, exciting views of the trains coming through which our 1.5 year old loved, high chairs available (although we just used a bench seat) Food: Visit 1- we tried the quesadilla with chicken, chicken taquitos, rice and beans, French fries and chips and salsa... the salsa wasn't my favorite but I couldn't tell what it needed in regard to change... food was a little bland flavored so I'd normally rely on the salsa but I just didn't love it. French fries were approved by our daughter lol... they were tasty! Visit 2- we tried carne asada tacos and ground beef tacos both with sides of rice/beans and chips and guacamole to start... we loved it all! Got their green chili on the side and it was delicious (they ask if you want green or red but red was super hot that day). They have a separate room if you have a big party. I was able to navigate the menu easily to ensure I could manage gluten free. We will definitely go back! Even though I think there is opportunity to continue to expand their menu and salsa choice, I'm giving a 5 because the food is good, the staff is friendly, location clean and the hours are great for a town that needs weekend options! I look forward to supporting this business as they grow!

I lived in Grants for 4 years and never got around to trying this place. It took me moving back with my husband after another 10 years to come in, after a long over due stop! It is such a cute mom & pop place. I had the Breakfast BLT and I devoured its savory deliciousness! My husband had the biscuits and gravy & ate it in one bite almost! The sweet tea was just right in sweetness and brewed in house. A must try spot when in town or for a great local meal!

Good real NM chow and great people. The building is tired but worth the stop. I'd eat here again.

Our server recommended the chile…read morerelleno and the tamales, but we wanted to try a variety of items, so we added the combo plate. In retrospect, we should have listened to her, because the tamales and the relleno were our favorites! The tamales were so fluffy and packed with meat, and the relleno was perfect. The taco was good, but nothing special. The enchiladas were good. The chimichanga was a little too doughy for me. Overall, a good value, good service, good food, and worth a stop.

I didn't care too much for the salsa. I found myself putting a lot of salt to drown the sweetness. I was hoping to order something big to have leftovers for the week. I ordered the combo plate and substituted a relleno for the chimichanga. I got half green and half red salsa on the relleno. I had been craving a relleno for weeks and was hoping it was going to be good. The taco shells are not fried. They are headed in the grill until they get crispy, which I like because that's how I do it at home. I didn't care for the flavor of the ground beef but overall it was ok. The enchilada and relleno both came with the bandera sauce (I think that's what it was called) mix of red and green sauce. I was hoping it was only going to be in the relleno . I didn't care for either sauce and tried to eat around it. The green sauce was a bit too spicy which drowned the flavor of everything else. I didn't try the beans or a sopapilla. Now, the rice. I'm not sure what to think. It looked like a Chef Boyardee canned pasta product and tasted like pasta sauce. I could not eat it. We all felt the same about the rice and the green sauce. Most of us enjoyed what we ordered. My colleagues ordered desert and they all loved it.

I didn't get her name, but she was just the nicest person ever! The reviews raved about the burgers so we decided to try them. My husband had the double cheeseburger, and I tried the Bourbon Feta and grilled onion burger. First, they used quality beef, hand-formed snd smashed, so I love the texture of the patties and the way they were cooked. Buns were buttered and toasted on the grill lightly. Fries were decent. The only downside was that I could not taste the bourbon on my burger, but the feta and onions were on point. We also tried the strawberry lemonade - perfect - not too sweet. It was nice to watch the service team interact, and how they hustled. They do a lively to-go business as well. Great place to stay.

The sandwich was absolutely delicious--fresh ingredients, great flavor, and made just how we like it. If we had to give one tiny piece of constructive feedback, it would be to space out the ingredients a bit more evenly so every bite has a little bit of everything. But honestly, that's just nitpicking--because overall, it was fantastic. The music playing was a great vibe--fun, upbeat, and made the place feel welcoming. And the view from this location? Unreal. Definitely not something you expect from a Subway, but it made the whole meal feel like an experience. The staff were quick, efficient, and polite--got us in and out with zero hassle. Plus, they had such great energy--hype team vibes all around! They were cheering each other on, throwing out "You go girl!" and hyping each other up like they were working a red carpet, not a sandwich line. It made the whole atmosphere feel genuinely fun and positive. And can we talk about the soda machine? Fully stocked, everything was bubbly and flavorful (which, let's be honest, is not always the case these days). Highly recommend this location if you're in the area. Clean, well-run, and just genuinely enjoyable. We'll definitely be back next time we're nearby!
