I went through the drive thru and i ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and a beefy potato griller and i get my burrito smashed so flat, and they didn't even get me a cheesy gordita crunch. They gave me a dorito locos taco and a regular taco with some sweet mayo sauce. Why the fuck would a taco have mayo sauce?? I genuinely hate the night shift here and they need to get off drugs or something and get it together. By far the worst experience. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. We were the only ones there and they had 7 workers. We first waited 40 minutes for our 4 combos. Whatever it's Taco Bell the standards are on the ground. Then we got our food and received 4 opposite combos than we ordered. The best was when the crunch wrap supreme was missing the crunch layer aka a quesadilla. After we went through the bags and had our order made twice over while two employees ate just hanging out with there friends in the corner. We just left. It's insane that you have 5 people on a Saturday at 7 that come in with no one else in the area and the 7 workers can't figure out the pre made combos you offer. read more

Doors/Google/Yelp/Mobile app says this place Open at 7am. I submitted an order at 7:55 through the app because I'm traveling and don't want to wait very long. 8:05 I arrive and the doors are still locked. Go to the drive thru and I'm told the "product is still coming to temperature", they ask us to pull to the front and they will bring it out. 8:15 No order. I'm pretty annoyed that everything says you open at 7am. But clearly by 8am you're still not fully open. 8:25 received order. 30 min turn over for a mobile order with absolutely no one else in line or come up in that time. Yikes App advertising Cinnabon coffee, but the coffee machine is "out" should have been marked off the app then but I have a suspicion that someone just didn't have time to make coffee. The food was fine for the most part. The crunchy tacos were soggy and stuck to the paper. And we ordered at the kiosk and got nacho fries. While making the order they proceed to tell us they didn't have them and that they could give us any other side. We asked if we could just get them refunded but they said they couldn't refund them bc it was through the kiosk. read more

I never thought I would have to review a Taco Bell. I mean, hey, it's Taco Bell. But this one was so bad, it deserves mention. The Beefy 5 Layer Burrito was more tortilla than anything else. It was less than 3/4's the size of any one I have ever had anywhere else. The rest of the order was more of the same. If you're on a diet and looking to not get full sized portions when you order, this may be the place for you. If you're looking to fill up on the cheap, it might not be. I guess they just decide to not open the dining room depending on their feelings. I saw someone walk out with a bunch of food from across the parking lot but ALL THE DOORS WERE LOCKED when I got up to them Multiple door cling signs say the dine-in is open from 8a-10p. At 10:30 a.m. there are employees in there laughing at people trying to get in. This poor older couple actually asked me for help with the door thinking they just weren't doing it right. If I could give this ZERO stars I would. We pulled in and parked, walked up to the door....because inside dining doesn't close until 10pm....and the door was locked. Inside, a family was eating and an employee was standing at the counter. When he saw that we tried to get in....because we still had 10 min before closing....he acted like he didn't see us and walked behind the wall where he couldn't be seen from outside. We weren't the only family trying to eat inside, either. So, I don't know if corporate ever looks at these reviews....though they should....this location obviously needs some serious staffing help!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE! It was a weekday around 6pm when we drove in. First of all, they didn't allow dine-in which was CRAZY stupid. We pull up to the drive thru and they were only serving a limited amount of items. They weren't even selling tacos. Whatever the case is, please change the staff and management. Totally incompetent and dishonest. Do not stop here! After waiting half an hour for our food, they informed us they did not have one of the items (a Doritos Locos Taco), but all they would do was offer us a less valuable item. "All we can give you is a plain taco." When the fault is theirs, they should upgrade you, or at least offer an item of comparable value, not downgrade you. Finally we asked for a refund; they refused to refund our credit card (had to be cash), and they knowingly shorted us $1.51, and were totally unwilling to pay us the rest of our bill or explain why, completely unapologetic, and very very rude. They took the receipt and would not give it back, either. We are still in shock, just an insane experience. Don't go here unless you want to be robbed, and leave hungry and furious. read more
