Sorry for the already eaten I couldn't wait. I had to take a few bites and then I remembered to leave a review so there you go so yummy.

I love their beef/lamb platter. It's really good comes with a salad on the side with rice and the meat very flavorful. I also ordered a buttered naan that always hits the spot and their prices are very reasonable for what you get. This is my second time back and definitely will go again.

You cannot beat the prices here!! I got the lamb gyro platter for $12 and it was massive and delicious!! I had plenty for leftovers. The sauces were really good and had a perfect kick to them! Just a really flavorful meal. The falafel was alright, I wouldn't order the falafel again, but their platters are amazing!! There was one gentleman working when I went and he was really friendly. There was no air conditioning inside the restaurant and only a few seats so I would recommend getting takeout from there.

The Staff was outstanding and super welcoming . The food brought me back to when I was in the military and in the Middle East . The food was delicious and very flavorful. I would highly recommend if someone wants a delicious spot to come here and try the food . I got the chicken Shawarma and rice platter with a mango shake . It was the perfect combo . I definitely will be a regular and please give this place a shot you won't be disappointed.

We stopped by the restaurant after playing badminton in the area since it was close by. The restaurant is pretty small, with only 4 tables. It's located right next to a gas station. They offer a variety of dishes, from fried chicken to burgers to Mediterranean food. You order at the register, and grab your food from there as well. I wasn't too hungry so I got their beef shawarma fries, and my boyfriend got the biryani chicken. The portion was pretty big for both our orders, but our friend got the beef shawarma wrap and it was pathetic. The price difference was like $1 so I would recommend not getting the wraps. I like my beef shawarma fries. It was freshly fried and had a good mix of beef pieces and sauce. The biryani chicken was okay. It doesn't look like the photo on the menu at all since they just dumped a bunch of rice on some pieces of chicken. My boyfriend didn't mind since the portion was big, and it tasted okay. Food took about 10-15 mins to come out and there were customers coming in and out constantly. It looks like a local favorite so I might drop by again when I'm in the area for their shawarma fries, but don't expect it to be mind blowing.

So good this is the second time today! We are from Houston, in town for the week and wanted to try something new. This was the perfect place! The food was full of flavor and so fresh. We got the Lamb and Chicken Gyro plate, Mango shake, naan and spicy fries. For the price, you get a bunch of food!

Landed late, and needed some good food. 10/10 I went to sleep happy The lady working the counter very friendly and nice

Staff was nice. Small little spot. Got the chicken shawarma plate. Not worth $15. Food lacked flavor. Won't be back.

The food had good flavor, however little more spicy than my liking. I expected some spice, but not to the extent that it was.

Pakistani food tends to more meat based and less vegetable options. We came here on a Sunday. They has quite a few To Go customers because they have a special on Sunday for breakfast. We got there at 12:30 and our waitress was very sweet. However, she was overwhelmed. There was another table that left due to the long wait. But, when we got the food, it was delicious. The vege samosas were very tasty and quite a bit of spice. We also got The Dera Grill Sampler which had chicken, beef, abs goat chops. The Chicken Tikka Masala was also very tasty. The Naan was light and fluffy. The Chicken Biryani was very tasty as well. This place has good food. But it has issues that every whole in the wall does. Sometimes, it is a little understaffed and the wait can be a little long. I think Pakistan/Indian restaurants are trying to survive in the post Covid era. They used to make most of their business with the buffet. But they are adapting to take out orders and limited staff for in person dining. If you are patient with the above issues, the food is worth it. We will definitely come back.

Worth every minute of the wait. This one's climbing my top 50 list faster than a brisket disappears at a family reunion. After one failed mission to Sabar BBQ, where I showed up too late and found an empty pit (and an emptier stomach), I came back like a man on a barbecue pilgrimage. The sun was blazing, the line was growing, and I wasn't about to be left holding nothing but a napkin this time. Pitmaster Zain Shafi runs this blue trailer like a flavor command center. The smell hit me halfway through the line and had me grinning like a kid at the state fair. I made my move when it was my turn, and if you know me, you know lamb is my kryptonite. I ordered the Sichuan Lamb Ribs, then couldn't stop myself from adding brisket and Tandoori Turkey. The sides? Kachumber Salad and Daal Chawaal, because even Uncle Sean needs balance in life. Zain loaded everything up, tossed it all on top of some naan for good measure, and sent me to my table like a champion headed to the winner's circle. The first bite of lamb ribs nearly had me proposing to the pit. Spicy, tender, smoky perfection with a bark that made my heart sing. The brisket was rich and juicy, the turkey came with that tandoori kick that slapped me awake in the best way possible. The sauces just tied the whole thing together like a big barbecue hug. The yogurt mint cilantro sauce was made to cool and lift the brisket and turkey to a whole new level. The red sauce packed a punch and paired with the lamb like it was born for the job. I boxed up some leftovers for my wife, the Side Dish Queen herself, because a man who doesn't bring home naan from Sabar BBQ is a man sleeping on the couch. She confirmed what I already knew: this was next-level barbecue, the kind that earns legends and long lines. Sabar BBQ is only open on weekends, and only fools show up late. I won't make that mistake again. This was stop number 15 on my Texas Monthly Top 50 journey, leaving me with 35 more glorious BBQ pilgrimages ahead before the passport is full and my belt officially waves the white flag. If loving these lamb ribs is wrong, I don't wanna be rib-right.
