I was originally planning to order my usual gyro plate, but my server, Tanner (I know there's a Turkish version of the name and it's escaping me!), took the time to chat with me and walk me through the different dishes on the menu. Thanks to his recommendations and kindness, I decided on the Doner Kebab Plate -- and oh my goodness, the flavor was absolutely incredible. Beyond the amazing food, Tanner was warm, welcoming, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions. I observed him enter the kitchen area and blow his nose over food. He then briefly ran his hands under water, in the kitchen, without using soap and immediately resumed handling food. He proceeded to work with hummus and place cookie dough onto a baking sheet, all without wearing a hair net or properly washing his hands. This level of carelessness with hygiene is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others about eating at this location until these issues are addressed.
