I asked for chicken kadai, very spicy, but it barely had any kick to it. However, the flavors for the chicken was decent. What's surprising is that my entree looks nothing like the pictures people have posted on this. The garlic naan was also delicious. This is a gem in a strip mall--I loved the spicing of their samosas, the crispy orange chicken was the perfect amount of crispy and a subtle flavor, and the chicken tikka masala was delicious and plentiful. Love the sandwiches at this place, plus their curries are great. You have to be careful at spice levels for the American trade. We ordered a sag paneer dinner (cheese and spinach soufflé) at a level 3 out of 10. Believe me next time I will order it at 1/2 or less. This place is an enigma. Their food is delicious. Their butter chicken is very delicious, much better then most chicken tikka masala dishes that I've ever tried. All lamb dishes are fantastic, karahi gosht is my favorite. Great Haleem and their garlic naans are to die for. Now the bad part: it's a tiny place that is extremely disorganized. Their owner doesn't seems to have any pride on how his place looks. It's pretty shameful mindset. One afternoon is needed to organize this place. Shame! So disappointed! I originally gave this place 5 stars (the old owner was nice and food was amazing)! But ever wonder there's a new owner, tried this place twice and both times it was very disappointing. Last night, I ordered three chicken kadahi, and drove 20 minutes to pick it up. After bringing it home, realized they gave me chicken qorma. I called them and they said that is there chicken kadhi, and I said no. It smelled and looked like chicken qorma. They insisted it's kadhi, which I don't get why... it's a pakistani restaurant ! Never going again, they were rude and couldn't even own up to the food they serve! read more

My husband and I just ordered from this place; never had their food before, but his favorite Indian restaurant went downhill, so we decided to try something else on the fly. He got the beef madras and naan bread, and I ordered crispy orange beef, vegetable spring rolls and crispy chicken wings. I have to say the food was a delight! Very flavorful, and my husband loved his curry. VERY hard to find beef option anymore, so that--in itself--was a win for him. His only minor complaint was that it wasn't spicy enough. Next time we'll be sure to ask for more kick. :-) My beef dish had a lot of flavor, the broccoli was fresh (as was everything). Only thing I hafta note is that the beef wasn't really crispy; just tender bits of beef in sauce. Luckily, the flavor made up for it. The veggie rolls were yummy, and I loved the chicken wings. Great, crispy skin with tons of flavor, and the wings were pretty big. I love that the place has a dual thing going on, with Indian and Chinese. I am not a huge fan of Indian (I will eat it, but don't crave it like my husband does), so this solved it for us! He gets satisfied and so do I. Great find. read more

After seeing a post by a popular DFW Instagram foodie advertising generous portions at a great price point, we had to check out Tikka N Kebab. Our group of three each ordered one entree with a side of naan, plus one additional order of biryani to share. The food was super delicious and we were extremely appreciative at how friendly the staff were. We really admired the portion sizes-- we couldn't finish our meal even though we wanted to. Their chicken tikka recipe would transport any hardcore foodie to the streets of Lahore, with just the right marination to hit the spot! They also have the best Chicken Karahi I have come across at ANY restaurant in Texas. No joke -- the curried texture and the spice level are both balanced to perfection and every bite will lead your taste buds into the gratefulness of food nirvana. They also serve the most tender and flavorful Reshmi kebabs I've ever eaten and head chef Yousuf sealed the deal with his signature Red Hot Shrimp, which is the Indo-Chinese specialty offering of this restaurant. I ordered a chicken kadai, 2 naan and chicken biriyani to go. It was late night and took it for dinner back to the hotel. The quantity was plenty, i found the biriyani and curry to have plenty of chicken pieces. The service was good, older gentleman was polite and friendly. I found it more oil than im used to, expected more spice and flavors to my taste. there was plenty enough that I ate it for breakfast. I ask why that happen and the owner said they have told yelp to fix that..... I know how yelp works and the owner can change it himself it would take less than 30 seconds.
