The pan-fried pork and vegetable potstickers are a must, crispy on the outside and melts-in-your-mouth. We came straight from the Orlando airport for a Wednesday evening dinner around 7 pm. There were already a good number of tables seated so it took a few minutes to get our drinks, but staff is friendly and even offered us chopsticks. We ordered green papaya salad medium spicy which was delicious and made my mouth tingly warm. I was greeted by a rude waitress who told me they stopped seating people at 8pm. Her exact words were "only takeout after 8pm." Recent posts on their facebook page says they are open till 8:30pm. Bottom line is that they suck so bad that they are losing customers. So on a slow night they just randomly decide to close early. I found great Thai food 5 minutes away at Koon Thai. That's my go to place for Thai food now. Congrats to Spice Thai. You lost another customer. Hope you die out soon. ADDITION: The owner replied to my post stating that the sign on the door clearly says they stop seating at 8:30. That is a lie. If you go to google maps and look at the photos, there is a photo of the front door. All it lists are their hours. Their website also says nothing about not seating customers after 8:30pm. Furthermore, the owner states that cutoff is 8:30. The RUDE waitress that "greeted" us said the cutoff was 8pm. "Only takeout after 8." I tend to believe the waitress on this because at 8:30pm there was only 1 couple in the restaurant. They were sitting at a table waiting on their takeout order. If customers had been seated prior to 8pm, there should be a few tables finishing their meals. Except for the couple waiting on the takeout, the dining room was empty. Clearly what happened was that they decided to close early because it was a slow night. That should tell you a lot about the restaurant. Who shuts down at 8pm on a Saturday night? Wow! What a disappointment. I used to work at Carmax and would frequently eat lunch at Spice Thai and the food was very good. I'm originally from NY and we have great Thai food. This was close to the Thai I would get on NY. It's have no clue what's happened in the last few years. No flavor whatsoever. The Pas Thai was a pink clump of noodles with pink flavorless chicken.
