The subcontractors they hire for the kitchen granite countertops for this company are aweful!…read more We always tell our friends to steer clear of this company when they mention they're looking to install granite countertops. They are great over the phone(polite, great salespitch), but the work was subpar. I have given up trying to schedule a time for them to come and fix what they didn't do right the first time! I have to now hire another company to fix the work NPLH did. Project manager(hardly showed up,unless we called to point out a problem)did not supervise workers the proper way, this is why work turned out bad. They do not pay attention to detail. Ex.the glue/seal they used for the sink undermount of granite countertop was the wrong type, water leaking through and seeping into our cabinets. Home Depot told me this shouldn't happen if they used right epoxy. Sink shouldnt be leaking after 2 years of having been installed.. Ex.they left the underside of countertop (where it meets up with cabinets) with a gap, wooden trim should have been installed. Careful out there folks! Overall, it was a bad experience working with this company.

What an incredibly fantastic group of people--Stephanie is a Godsend. I have been looking for a…read morenew sectional for nearly a month and have basically gotten the runaround from every dealer I've talked to with regards to the particular styling or fabric that I'm looking for. Stephanie listened to exactly what I was looking for, directed me to the companies that produced similar products, and explained the differences in fabrics to me on an easily understandable level. Her prices were incredible, too! And if you give her a price point, she'll make sure to show you the designers that actually fall in your range. And get this--instead of trying to make a sale immediately and using high-pressure sales tactics, she suggested I go home and buy a cheap leather ottoman from Walmart to see how my cat would react to it and figure out whether or not leather might be an option for my sofa. Not only does she have great connections to companies that produce the furniture I want, she has great ideas on how to decide what will and won't work for me! I haven't purchased a sectional from her yet, but I have no doubt in my mind that she will be the person to help me furnish my home.

At 8:15 PKH called to say they didn't have washing machine only dryer. If I wanted to have them delivered at the same time I'd have to reschedule but I couldn't reschedule until the next day. Reschedule date was set for 1/3/18 between 12:00-4:00. Around 1:00 came out just to tell me they didn't have the prong needed to install the dryer so I would need to reschedule. Again I have to wait to reschedule. So on 12/22/17, I wrote a $1600.00 check for a washer and dryer from Best Buy that I've yet to receive and at this point have no idea when or in what condition they will be in when I do.

Service in store is ok. Delivery by the third party contractor was a horrible experience. They did…read moreshow up in time and the washer was installed correctly HOWEVER, we have a metal drain cover in the floor of our washroom that got damaged and placed next to the sink. When going to sign off on the delivery slip, Miguel, the delivery person, was standing over the drain so it was not visible to my husband and seemed like he was in a hurry to get my husband to sign off on the delivery. I went to check on the washer right after they left and noticed the damage. The cover is not significant damage and is easily fixed but I was LIVID that they didn't inform us of the damage and had my husband sign off without knowing or seeing it. I called Miguel who had just left within minutes and asked him about it and he said they didn't damage anything. Then I explained what got damaged and asked him to come back so I could show him and he then said that it was under the old washer and "they found it that way" which could not be true because the drain cover was perfectly fine earlier that morning when I did a load of laundry. I am thinking that when they moved the washer, the bottom of the washer may have lifted it off and one of the deliver people picked it up and placed it on the sink and did not inform us. I told him there is no way they "found it under the washer that way" and that I am upset about them being sneaky. He said he would have his warehouse call me and then HUNG UP on me. That made me more upset so I called the customer service number listed on the delivery slip and waited 36 minutes before I was able to speak to someone, who then contacted 'dispatch' and patched me through. After explaining what happened, and that we were able to fix the damage but upset about the service, the lying, and then hanging up on me. She informed me that "she would have to get his side of the story and then call me back on Monday." I do not know the name of the dispatch supervisor and I have yet to receive a call from anyone and it is 5 days later. When I call the customer service line, I get a different person speaking and have to explain the situation all over again and I don't know the name of the dispatch person for their 3rd party contractor so I cannot get an response. AND THIS IS THE SHORT VERSION OF THE STORY. I have purchased several large items through Pacific Kitchen and Home in the Forum in Best Buy but I now will no longer be a loyal customer thanks to Miguel. Very disappointed.I am more than happy to provide Miguel's phone number to any representative at this company who wishes to contact me.
