ROI was initially pleasant and courteous when he arrived at my home to provide a quote. Things went well enough that I introduced him to my neighbor as well. Basically two fence jobs out of this deal; for about an acre of lawn. My neighbor took the lead POC for our projects and after waiting two weeks he mentioned he never heard back from ROI. I reached out to him via text, and it got completely out of hand. I told him to contact my Neighbor because he approved the bid but I would not be going forward with my portion. Even after texting him, please don't text me anymore; he continued.. then it got personal.. This man should be fired for this extreme behavior. I will be reaching out to the BBB and my attorney to respond to this ethical Misconduct. the business world is purely a customer service industry and if you can't keep your cool..
