We recently contracted AAA fence to replace our side yard fence. It was easy to communicate with them and we received our quote in a timely manner at a fair price. They offer a 5% discount if you pay in cash. The installers did a good job and we are happy with our new fence. It looks great and is what we wanted. read more

They installed my fence (Master Halco Highland powder coated iron fence) and it's awesome. Ray and the construction crew were professional, on-time, happy, motivated, enjoy what they do, and did a GREAT JOB. A good fence is KEY, so use AAA Fence Pros, especially if you have a dog like me. Professional company from top to bottom. I called and left a message. I got a call back that evening and had Ray schedule a day to come give me a quote. This is the only company that I dealt with that was not scared to take on this project. They completed the project in one day and cleaned up after their selves. Anyone looking for a professional company AAA Fencing Pros is the way to go. Thank you read more

They put in a great fence. They had good prices and the quality and work was perfect. We absolutely love our new fence. Thank you so much!

The estimator never followed through with the written estimate. I originally budgeted $2500 for the job but never received an estimate. Just poor customer service. After 10 days I called and no answer...I am glad I did not trust them with my project and I wanted to leave a review to warn others that this company is bad with follow through and if you don't receive an estimate within 48 hrs to start looking for another company to do your work. Rey and his team were great to work with. They stuck with us even after months of debating what we actually wanted to do in our back yard. The fence they installed is beautiful and we are extremely happy. They completed it quickly and efficiently. If you're looking for someone you can trust, these guys did a great job. read more

Very impressed with this company. From the estimate appointment to the actual work being done, these guys live up to their name as professionals. They are punctual, honest, and do quality work at a surprisingly reasonable cost. The quality of work and materials was more than we expected. Would absolutely refer this company to anyone looking for a new fence. read more

They did a real good job on one side of my fence, so I tried to contact them to do the otherside but communication is 0. They don't return email or phone calls. Starting to think they went out of business? read more

i was contacted by neighbor for us to redo our fence. i had to lave her in charge as we had out of town guests. i expected a good nieghbor fence although later when i saw bid it did not specify but on bid it was very specific on how it would be built and it wasn't close most fences have 2x4 inside of 4x4 not this company they put 2x4 on outside of 4x4 and then 1x leaving gap of two inches by each 4x4 for bees and hornets i am very unhappy with this company and would never recomend them to anyone gary c 1 star read more

I have been following Ray for about three years on Angie's List. It finally came time for me to do a fence and I had the AAA guys come out to tear down and install. AAA did an excellent job installed a beautiful fence. Here are some of the pics. Nothing but great things to say about the quality of the workmanship that Rey and Arturo and his crew performed. If you are looking for a professional, fast install, then look no further than AAA Fence Pros. Oh and if you are like me and might feel vulnerable and you need a NASCAR tire change speed on the install of your new fence. Then AAA are your guys. Did I mention $0.00 down and you don't pay until you are happy, the AAA is yor company. Did I mention licensed insured and bonded, then AAA is your company. Bottom line up front..Call AAA Fence Pros for a beautiful, fast fence. read more

After the workers left, I was missing several items from my home. I filed a police report and gave more details.

Needed a price estimate. Set up appointments for someone to come out twice and they failed to even show up. The 1st appointment was set up for Saturday at 2:00pm. I called the rep at 1:45 to make sure he would be coming by. No answer, I left a voicemail. He then called at 2:10 and I was unavailable. He left me a voicemail to call him back, which I did at 2:20 . I left another voicemail and never heard back from anyone. I then get a phone call from a very condescending woman about some one leaving a voicemail with a rescheduled time and date. That person never gave me a rescheduled time and date so when I figured, let me try again, maybe there was a miscommunication. Well sad to say they never showed up to the 2nd appointment. Long story short, USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! Horrible customer service!!!! read more

Unclear estimate. No contract. I did think the price was too good to be true and it was. After choosing this company over others because of price and the reviews here and having the fence installed, I discovered it was actually more than $1,000.00 more than the estimates I received from this company or other companies. Not a pleasant surprise to get after the fact. Some of the horizontal boards have dark rotted looking streaks in them and when the fence was completed there was a large gap at the bottom of 2 sections so they added horizontal boards along the ground that looks cobbled together and unprofessional. The previous fence I was replacing didn't need these additional boards as the pickets all were the correct length to flow smoothly with the land so I'm not sure what went wrong during the installation of this one. At one point they shut off the water to the house without letting us know and said it would be back on in a while but didn't say why they needed to turn it off so I don't know If a water pipe was damaged or what happened. The written estimate had no total amount and no line item. There was a price written in the notes and because it was a few hundred $ less than other quotes I received I asked twice if that was the total, taxes and all. I was told yes and decided to go with this company. After the work was done I thought "well, you get what you pay for..." However.... The invoice didn't come until weeks after the fence was installed and the invoice was for over $1,000.00 more than the price in the notes I was told was th correct total. Unbelievable. I would not recommend this company. I could have had the same job done (probably without the rotted looking horizontal boards and strange extra boards nailed to the bottom to cover the gap) for over $1000.00 less and I wish I had gone with one of the other companies. TL;DR: Was given a confusing estimate with no total amount or line items, verbally told a particular price written on the contract was correct, was then charged over $1,000.00 more. Finished product looks unprofessional and cobbled together. read more

AAA Fence Pros are a very professional fence company. They take there job serious . The estimate provided by Fred Huerta was very detailed as to how much every part of the job was going to cost. I like detailed quotes, so that made me feel very comfortable. There is no upfront payment until your project is completed and you are satisfied. Mr. Huerta often kept in contact with me during the project. He communicated with me by cell phone, text or email. The working Crew assigned to my project was Manuel, Jacob and Mariano. Let me tell you, these young men worked their butts off to make sure the fence was put up in a timely but professional manner. During the installation process, they were very receptive to tweaking some areas of the fence. The fence came out amazing and my wife is very happy. After the project was completed, I emphasized to Mr. Huerta how hard working and amazing his workers were. They reminded me of disciplined military service members, when I use to be in the Army. If you need a fence and you give this company a chance, you will not be disappointed. Before deciding to go with this company, I read all of the reviews and noticed that this company has been rated very high on Angies list. Thanks AAA Fencing Pros for an amazing job. I will definitely recommend you to anybody who needs fence work. Sincerely, Ron read more

AAA Fence Pros is the best fence company in San Antonio....period. I thoroughly researched fence companies in the San Antonio area and obtained seven estimates for a six foot board on board cedar fence. Hands down, the AAA estimate was the most professionally prepared and very competitively priced. Fred Huerta, one of the owners, prepared a detailed estimate complete with a diagram of fence section footages. The estimate provided the base cost of the fence by section with Postmaster steel posts, the addition costs for the board on board design, the 2X6 baseboard, the 2X6 cap and 1X6 trim, and stain/seal. This breakdown allowed me to evaluate cost effectiveness of the additional work which is not possible with a bundled estimate. All work was performed by employees.....no subcontractors were used. No down payment was required, full payment is due upon completion with a one year warranty on material and labor. The removal of the old fence and installation of the new was flawless and the new fence workmanship is impeccable. At my request, the entire 235 foot fence was completed in one day thanks to a seven man crew. Both neighbors are impressed with the work AAA performed and told me that they would use AAA in the future. I highly recommend Fred Huerta and the AAA Fence Pros team. read more

Stop looking for a fence contractor and hire these professionals now!!!! Don't even worry about getting any other quotes... just hire these guys and sit back and relax. We just had our fence completely replaced and these guys are AMAZING. After speaking with Rey, we learned that everyone who does the work is employed by the company and not contracted workers, and it shows. They take pride in their work. Three gentlemen showed up on time and got right to work. They cleaned up all of mess and took all of the trash and old wood with them. It took them about 7 hours to complete the fence. The fence is perfect, they made sure it was straight and spaced evenly. The gate is amazing! It smoothly glides open and closed. Our neighbors also had their fence done and through all of the mass communication between us, our neighbors, and Rey, Rey was so helpful and patient. We had some miscommunication with our neighbors and Rey was extremely honest in resolving the issue. We will always use and highly recommend this company. For reference, the total fence we had replaced was 117 linear feet with one 4-foot gate. We had Postmaster metal posts and 6" wide Western Red Cedar pickets in the shadowbox style (pickets on both sides - so that costs more than just pickets on one side) and it cost about $4,200. Keep in mind this is during COVID19 in which there is a cedar shortage and wood prices have tripled. Amazing work at a great price!!! PS. As I read the other reviews here about not getting an estimate or not being able to reach anyone, I have to think they are talking about another company because that was not our experience ever. We had multiple (and I mean MULTIPLE, to the point that we were annoying!) communications by phone, email, and text. Rey was always very prompt in responding to us. read more

After AAA Fence Pros installed my in-laws fencing in San Antonio, we had to find out if they would also serve south Austin. Lucky for us, they do. Fred was great to work with. In all, four different neighbors were impacted by new fencing and he was proactive about coordinating expectations, breaking out quotes and invoices. He also had lots of good advice and recommendations about our project. Fred's professionalism is exemplary. The crew did a great job, too. All the work was supervised by a foreman who made sure to introduce himself before the work started. Old material was hauled off and everything left tidy. The new fence looks great. read more

Did an amazing job on replacing our fence and gate. Professional, friendly and got it done quickly! Will definitely use in the future.

Wow, Fred and his team did an amazing job ripping out our old dilapidated fence and putting in a new cedar fence at the same time he did our neighbor's fence and all in ONE day! These guys worked very hard during the hottest day in April so far this month, and they certainly did not disappoint. Fred had great communication throughout the process even though rain (I mean a lot of rain) only delayed them a week. I would recommend them to anyone; great value and beautiful results! read more

I requested 50 ft of backyard fence replacement and the turn around was incredible! They arrived on time, removed the old fence, and removed dead tree stump and proceeded building the new fence; impeccable workmanship with excellent customer service. I called AAA Fence Pros because they got a favorable review from my employers intranet site. The review was impressive so I called because I wanted the same experience a co-worker wrote about. AAA was slow to provide a quote and ever slower to give a firm date on when they could come out and do the work. This was over a period of 3 weeks. They didn't seem to eager to want my business. I ended up going with Home Depot for the same price, quality, and a guarantee. I'm all about supporting small business but when they operate like "small" business - they're not getting my business. read more

Reading the reviews you might think that this company is too good to be true but you know something? They're as good as everyone says. We, too, hired AAA to replace our fencing. They were prompt, professional, and do excellent work. Our fence is solid and beautiful. I highly recommend them. read more

Between the two of us, we've owned and rehabbed six houses in Austin, Dallas and Houston. In that time, we've used at least 30 contractors of varying skill, price and efficiency. I've never encountered a faster, more efficient and courteous experience than AAA Fence Pros. You get what you pay for. Pay for quality and you'll get it. Fred Huerta met with us and shared different options at different price points. AAA Fence Pros put up a beautiful cedar fence with metal posts and a side front fence and enclosed our car port with cedar. It looks incredible. And they DID IT IN ONE DAY. In this day and age of companies that get over and hustle consumers, speed and quality are things that almost never occur in one transaction. They did such an amazing job at a great price point that our neighbors got their fence done too. AAA Fence Pros are Texas family owned and they are as good as it gets. read more

AAA Fence Pros did a fantastic job in building a fence for our yard. The owner(Rey Huerta) is great! He is easy to work with, returns phone calls, personally comes out to the site to give an estimate and also shows up on the day of the job-- to make sure everything is going well. The prices are very good. Then, on the day of the job, they show up on time, work hard, are friendly, do a great job, and then haul away and clean up was done well, too. Finally, the owner comes back by the next day to make sure you are satisfied with the job! I would highly recommend AAA Fence Pros! read more

Fred and crew at AAA were fast, efficient and professional. One day to remove and rebuild a cedar fence of much higher quality than the old one. After the job was complete Fred contacted me to make sure everything was done correctly and invited me to contact him if there were any issues with the fence over the coming weeks.
