Quick Quality work! My neighbor and I both had our fences replaced by Mandujano. His crew does amazing work! A team of 8-10 guys showed up bright and early yesterday and worked for 12+ hours the past two days to get both our yards done (large yards). They were very efficient. I would 100% recommend this company without any hesitation! Tobias was quick to come out to give us an estimate. His crew did small bush/tree trims to accommodate the fence line. We ended up needing a couple of stumps ground down and Tobias quickly had one of his professional contacts, "The stump guy" come out and take care of it. He communicated frequently throughout the job to ensure that it was satisfactory. Finally, they did a very thorough clean up. read more

Strap yourself in... I will start by disclosing I am an estimator and project manager in construction. This should have been a 5 star minimum 4 star review at worst, well until it got worse. Based on a neighborhood FB page and yelp reviews I hired this company. They did my side fences with a gate for me and one for my neighbor on his side. They did a good job in 2 days, the yard could have been left cleaner but it was not egregious enough to complain. Needless to say I hired them to do my mom's fence. Again they did a good job in 2 days but did a better job cleaning as I said something about my yard to the owner, hence the almost 5. Based on the signs he posted on our fences I asked about rebuilding our deck which he said no problem he showed me photos of a couple he did and I liked them so I said ok. We are getting a jacuzzi later this year and wanted to expand or rebuild the bottom deck and re-deck the floor on the top deck keeping original posts and siding which he said were good. This would also save me money as those areas were good. (He later tried telling me he told to me replace all new, not true). Well after opening the top deck I didn't like a couple of somewhat rotten joists so we decided to replaced all of them. Now they did a good job on the structure and reinforcing using 4x6 posts, with 2x6s and 2x8s. We're still a 4 or a 5 at this point. Since the deck ended up being bigger than originally discussed we needed to add stairs on the new lower deck and I paid the additional. The last step was too high (see photo) and the young guys were in a rush to finish on Friday at 7pm after 3 days of work. I had to get on them to clean properly as if I was managing one of my jobs except I'm paying for this not working for him. They were not going to pull the stickers or staples off the boards. Sloppy cuts on the upper deck without a lip as there is supposed to be. I had to sand the NEW deck for 45 mins to clean their mistakes and probably will have to switch out the 2x6 with a 1x6 so there is a proper lip for rain drain off. They damaged one of my existing railings and my downspout. He never came back to address these issues after I asked for 2 weeks. I'm not going to keep calling and texting he got my money and he's happy with that. I would say for a fence they're ok but nothing else and really I would have been fine if he addressed the issues and gave me a credit for the downspout and damaged railing. But he ghosted me and I'm not going to chase him down for him to do a crappy, rushed, begrudged job so I'll have to do it myself! Deck $6700 + fences $8000 = $14,700 and he left me like this! I had even referred him to a neighbor's who's roof I replaced, thank goodness he didn't go with him! My neighbor gave me 10/10 on my survey ;) read more

Tobias told me this job would take 1 day and it took 2 whole days. Mainly because his crew was on their cell phones 60% of the time or they took 2.5 hour long lunch breaks. They were sleeping on the back porch. His crew was careless and destructive of my property. They hit my water spout on the side of my house with a wheel barrel and I was left without water for 4 hours until they "fixed it". As shown in pictures they slopped cement glue all over it in a shotty way of fixing it. They broke a lot of my stones on the side of my house. They broke stones in the front of my house. They hit my outside house light with fencing and damaged it. I told Tobias and he came the next day and just bent it back but its clearing damaged and coming out of my house. His guys cut my google fiber line even though it was clearly marked with bright orange paint. I was left without internet. My back fence is not done correctly. He didnt attach it to the back neighbors and left a big gap. He even moved my fence forward by 6 to 8 inches causing me to loose property space. The right side fence wasnt attached properly to the neighbors existing fence either. When I told him of these problems he became unprofessional, condescending, and extremely rude. He refused to listen to me and made excuses, and tried to blow smoke up my #$% to make himself sound right. He refused to fix the problems with the fence that I was showing him. I was so exhausted from all the damage done to my property the day before to even argue with him further. He told his guys to finish the fence - even though its still not right. He got paid and cashed my check immediately. He left my yard an absolute mess with nails and fence pieces everywhere. The holes where they dug werent even filled in. He never had my property marked before starting the job either. He even cemented the existing survey pin we had into a post they barried. He is a scammer, a liar, and very Unprofessional. Tobias and his team are amazing!! We found his team working on a fence and asked if he does decks. He showed up the next day to get an idea of what we wanted and gave us a quote the day after that for replacing a gate and building a deck around our hot tub. His team showed up 4 days later as promised and completed the job in half the time quoted. His vision for the design was incredible and they nailed it! My mom needed a new gate and fence and Tobias and his team came out right away to measure and give us a quote. He and his team did a fantastic job. They tore down the old fence and put up the new one in one day! They cleaned everything up and the new fence is beautiful! It was a great job and reasonable price. This guy sold us on a fencing job that would only take one day, it took two days and would have been 3 if he completed job as promised. During the process of replacing fence - his crew broke a water line & fiber optic line. Never marked or called about utilities in my back yard. Back fence line was not straight. Ask him to put a string line up to prove to him after endless arguing - while doing so you could see it was off and then he tried to move string line behind a post to make it look straight. (Con Man) After at over a hour of back and forth arguing he agreed to fix two of the post and then we would re-evaluate whether it was straight or not. He left that evening only fixing one corner instead of two as he promised. And never returned!!! The yard was left a mess - had no pride in cleaning up after their self's at all. Never returned to fix the neighbors gate as promised. And I have not even begin to talk about his crew - On the phones all the time - sleeping on the back porch for 2 hrs, etc. I could go on and on about that. Bottom line is the quality of work done was very poor, communication was only a argument and job site was left a mess. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! read more

My experience with Mandujano's Fencing and Roofing started out on a positive note. Initially the communication was good, the communication went down hill quickly and there were numerous no-shows! It took weeks to plan the installation of my new fence. I tried to be understanding, but again I was the one calling to find out when the work would be done because he was not communicating. When his crew finally came to do the work, I received a text in the morning saying his crew were on their way. I didn't even get a one day notice. I had visitors from out of town and I couldn't be home to supervise work because of his last minute text. I continued to use his services because despite the no-shows, poor communication, I liked the fence and I was trying to be understanding - he told me the rain caused lots of delays and he was short staffed. It did rain and I believed he would do a good job and so when it came time to schedule the stain job I received the same treatment as before - no shows, no communication, I was calling him to find out what was going on. Finally he sent an inexperienced guy ( I found out when I called Tobias at the end of the job that is fence guy was only a mechanic only a couple months ago) to paint my entire fence. The job he did was poorly done. I sent pictures to Tobias showing the inconsistent stain job and asked him to send me someone who knows what they're doing. He never came to look at the final job and I haven't heard a word from him. Overall, the price for the work was over $2K. For that kind of money I expected quality work. It was a half ass job. When 2 sections of our fence blew down in a recent wind storm. My neighbor and I requested quotations from several fence companies. Mandujano's quotation showed the details of the materials and work he was going to do and was a reasonable price. When the day came, the crew showed up at 7:30 AM just as promised, tore out the old fence and completed the new fence in one day including new metal posts set in concrete. When the job was finished, the crew paid careful attention to making sure there was no trash or boards left behind in the yard. I can't say enough about this company! Tobias was incredible from answering his phone immediately & coming over the same day to give me an estimate , to giving me a detailed estimate for my new fence. There were other issues I needed to have repaired which he addressed. He also trimmed a few trees that were touching my roof & repaired some damaged roof shingles. For me it was "one stop shopping" as he fixed all of these things at a very reasonable fee. He told me the job would take 3 days & sure enough it did.
