We reached out to Noah's Ark Fencing via Yelp regarding fencing jobs. They were very responsive off the bat. This is a family owned business run by Mark and Wendy. Wendy operates the business side of things and quickly addresses any concerns. They came in person to take measurements and gave us quotes just a few days after we sent an inquiry. Their prices were extremely fair and this was after we got several quotes from other companies. They also offer discounts for active duty military which is always appreciated. The first job we requested was installation of box wire fencing and privacy fencing to the front and side of our house. They were able to complete it over the course of 2 days. If there were any finer details we want corrected, they took care of it without a hassle. We were so happy with their first job that we hired them again to remove some existing fencing and install a motorized gate in our backyard. If I could provide 6-stars I would. As a family we tend to dread fencing projects due to incredible variances in workmanship and pricing. Mark & Wendy did an outstanding job. We were seeking one repair and 2 other relatively small privacy related fencing projects. It's often these smaller projects that are most susceptible to ridiculous pricing, if you're lucky enough to receive a return call. Noah's Ark offered very transparent pricing, timely communications, excellent craftsmanship and the patience to listen to the details of what we were seeking to accomplish. Equally as important, I didn't have to clean up after anyone. I didn't have to make the final payment just to then go out to clean up excess materials, crumpled up gatorade bottles, stain over-sprayed everywhere, nails or scrap. Although we absolutely looked carefully at the finished projects, we didn't feel it necessary to inspect them. I can't recommend Noah's Ark fencing enough . This is a husband & wife owned business & both of them are great ! Marks wife takes care of scheduling/payments & Mark does all the building. My husband had been forgetting a few times to close our janky gate , so I decided I needed a new one that would close /latch by itself. Mark was extremely efficient & came out the next day to do the job. Unfortunately, the part I had ordered to assist with the gate shutting on its own , was missing parts .. Mark said, " it's ok" I'll be back in the area tomorrow & we can get your new one with all the parts installed then. Highly recommend Noah's Ark Fencing. The side of my fence fell and several planks were broken throughout. Needed it to be fixed ASAP as it had been broken for awhile, but HOA was starting to send me warnings. Tried to go through a few other companies before coming to Yelp, but kept getting run around mostly because my schedule is different than normal business hours. Mark came out next day after I put on Yelp to quote me, and came back 2 days later to fix it. Mind you - it was Thanksgiving Weekend! I was surprised when he said he would do it after Thanksgiving (within the same weekend). Worked perfectly - came on Sat Morning and didn't have to take off from work, etc. He was quick - fixed it to perfection. Added weathered planks versus new since I was only fixing (which was actually genius because it didn't look odd with new planks - different colors, etc.) On top of that, he also fixed my gate door (it sagged so the door was hard to close) - mind you we never discussed the door but the fact that he was replacing some planks from the gate door and noticed it sagged, and chose to fix it shows what kind of a repairman he is - one that takes pride in his work. His wife handles scheduling, payment - and she always kept me up-to-date with schedule, etc. Price was extremely reasonable and worth every penny. Highly recommend. A+. read more
