Of course I did do a price comparison with the big box store and paid maybe $50 more, but what I received was well worth it. The edge I really wanted that the box store didn't even offer and J&B agreed to take out my old countertops a week before so that I had time to fix the wall where the splash guard went. I did not want a splash guard this time, so fixing the wall was needed. I was told by the box store that their are not many laminate installers left. Well let me just say Johnny is a true craftsman his measurements and install were precise. Oh and don't forget to bring in a rough stretch of your layout with measurements so you can get an estimate. I had picked the Formica Wide Planked Walnut grain wood finish. On 6/21 was contacted and told that they could install on 6/26 however we were not available so install was scheduled for 6/30. Was emailed days before install with exact instructions on preparing for the install. The day of the install received notification that Jesse and his team were on their way. Install was so easy. Jesse and his crew were extremely respectful and polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. When I came down to look at where the seam on the countertop was I very pleased that there was not a seam especially since we were told they would have to put a seam. Love my countertops. The entire process was so easy. Every person involved is extremely professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived on time each time. In addition, Greg provided recommendation for tile and they too were very professional and prompt. Most importantly I felt safe and comfortable with everyone involved.
