Initial extensive assessment was on 31 Dec 2019. The entire team was professional. Courtney my designer was awesome. My greatest fear was making bad choices, expensive bad choices. No fear, if I strayed from the path, she subtlely redirected. When we finally began work, it was the last week in Aug 2020 (thank you Covid) It went beyond all expectations. All of the tradesmen were great. I was at work a majority of the time, but felt my home was safe. Communication was good. Any issues were quickly addressed. Kudos to all involved with the project but special thanks to project managers Tony and Luis. Luis had to pick up the project near the end when Tony had surgery and smoothly took over. Painters Miguel and Erasmus, Rudy, Alvin, Rob, Dan et al Pumbers, tiling and electricians were great too. 13 weeks later, mission accomplished. Keith listened to all our initial ideas for a kitchen makeover and based on his many years of builder's experience, he was able to explain many different design options that could potentially be accomplished based on our personal desires. It was great to have Keith open our eyes to all the various things that could be incorporated into our kitchen remodel plans. What a professional and knowledgeable individual. Keith provided us with all the information we asked about concerning KMBuilders and presented conceptions of what KMBuilders could do to support our design experience. There were so many kind, professional, and technically skilled folks involved in our project. During the design process we had Morgan overseeing every aspect of the design. Marsha was our design coordinator, Bob took care of architectural details, Anna - interior designer, and Josh - Architectural designer (fantastic 3-D renderings), and Bonnie was our cabinet planner. The designers were always there to offer their expertise & advice and helped ensure my wife was able to make the proper selections that would best produce & support the design effects the wife wanted to achieve. The designers even took the time to go shopping with my wife to assist in various selections of products and material. As we moved into the construction phase, another whole group of individuals from the KM team was there to support us. But first I want to mention the great communications throughout the entire construction phase. Your whole construction project is scheduled in advance and available for you to view using the Builder App. There you'll be able to view what is planned for your project on a day by day basis, with daily progress updates, pictures, related documents, etc. Everything concerning your project is there and available to you 24/7. When construction starts you'll also receive daily texts messages each morning advising you on who is showing up that day and what they will be working on. Key individuals involved in the construction phase. Of course Keith, who stays personally involved with every aspect of your project, Mike the Production Coordinator, Chad, Luis, our personal Project Manager Zach (outstanding individual, knowledgeable, easy to communication with, always available to answer any questions that may arise), Rob and Henry on demo & hauling crew (very professional and neat), Daniel on framing, Rene and others as trim carpenters, I also believe Erasmo, Manuel, and Miguel at times. Jerry the painting supervisor (keen eye for detail, won't let anything get by him), and also the plumbers and electricians were very skilled at their work. Throughout the entire construction project at our home, every crew that worked each day in our home cleaned up after finishing their days work. No tools or debris to trip on.  Made it very easy and safe to walk around and take a look at what had been accomplished during the day. Want to also recognize Kelly and Tara in the front office. Sarah in marketing (very sweet and helpful young lady) and Lexus the Marketing Designer. Lexus also assisted the wife in putting things back in order in her kitchen after the construction finished, and she did an outstanding job of documenting our experience and creating & presenting our gorgeous kitchen in a video. Keith always said KMBuilders would treat us like family, and based on our own experience, we truly felt like part of the KM family. If we have another project come up, KMBuilders will be our first and only choice to do the job. Upon arrival to the store, I was greeted warmly by Phillip, who was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and cordially responsive to a multitude of questions! I was initially there to conduct comparison shopping at the time; however, the availability and competitive pricing of products (e.g., cabinetry, quartz countertops & sinks) prompted me to go ahead and initiate an order with Phillip for purchase and installation accordingly. I especially liked having the opportunity to raise the height of the countertop backsplash from 4" to 5" and to order custom-made cabinets for the bathrooms if I so desired! The project from start to finish took approximately one month, and Phillip was diligent about providing intermittent updates. The installers, Jesse and Juan, were timely, organized, respectful of the property and noticeably competent. I appreciated the fact that NGKB owner, Allen--who also served as the project manager--took the time to QC the installation upon completion! A special shout out goes to one of the contracted plumbers, Beto, who went above and beyond by providing a high level of service and expending the quality time to ensure that everything was functional and operational! I found Brad and he came out same day for design and delivered final product on time and in budget. Also had an issue after install where we damaged the new cabinets with an appliance install. I needed stain to match the cabinets they installed to repair the issues caused by appliance install and he gave me that for free and helped me with a small piece of trim as well.
