We had some questions so we visited the office and were helped immediately. They had some great ideas to share with us and suggested we walk the yard with one of their employees. And that's where we met Mateo, the yard manager. He was extremely helpful with great ideas about our project and took the time to walk us through some solid choices to consider. Most everything they sold was in some way or another a home improvement item, be it actual building materials or items to add to your decor. While the inventory was quite varied and expansive, I felt the prices were a bit high for the offerings. Sure, some were priced just right, but I didn't find anything that was such a steal I just had to buy it. I suppose I can add this place to my list of thrift stores, especially if I want a used door, window, or cabinetry item, but I'll search elsewhere for other items.

I needed to pick up some samples of rock for one of his subcontractors. They had a meeting in the morning with the Owner rep. My husband called ahead so that they would be ready because I would not know what was needed. Somehow the samples were not ready and my contact was not there. Pat not only greeted me very kindly, told me where to go, and then when he realized I hadn't gotten helped, took care of it and insured that the samples were what I needed and put in my car. The gentleman on the forklift that brought me the samples was very nice and told me what each sample was. Roger was very sweet and also greeted me inside and waved to me when I left when he was outside walking his client to their car. These two gentlemen clearly understand the importance of good customer service. If there is a way to have them be your rep I would recommend both of these gentlemen.
